Welcome to The Loft at The Nisqually Highland Ranch!!! Stretch your legs and enjoy every moment of your stay in this gorgeous 40-acre countryside estate in an idyllic farm style setting! Step away from the city life and celebrate nature and the peace and quiet that surrounds the 1132 sq ft Mother-in-Law style Loft located on the second level of our garage!! Peace, Serenity, Stars and Sunsets will fill your days and nights!

You are on vacation and it is very important to us that you enjoy yourself! Please let us know if there is anything you need, we live close by and we will accommodate you to the absolute best of our ability:) If you are looking for suggestions on the local area we are more than willing to be there for you! We also understand that every guest has a different preference on how much interaction they have with the host. We try to be aware of each person's individual wants and needs and completely respect your privacy.

The Loft at The Nisqually Highland Ranch is located in an upscale, gated community of 20+ acre lots with custom homes. The estate is located on Forest Reserve property with access to the Nisqually River, miles of groomed trails for hiking and horseback riding, parks for picnicking and rivers for fishing! An outdoor lover's paradise!! The Nisqually River Forest Reserve also includes an abundant wildlife population. Black bear, cougar, elk, bobcat, deer, grouse, eagles and dozens of other species of wildlife have all been spotted in the area. We truly hope you enjoy everything this home and the surrounding area has to offer!

During your stay you will have access to most everything this 40-acre estate has to offer!

There is a home adjacent to the Loft, connected by an undercover carport area. That home may have guests also present during your stay. That area is not included in your rental. Parking is shared, please do not block their vehicle and please park in front of the 3rd garage stall door (you are also welcome to parking in the area to the far right of the garage if bringing more than one vehicle). Please respect their privacy and I absolutely request the same from them for you:-)

**Laundry Room**
There is a laundry room located inside of the adjacent home. On a case by case basis, we are happy to try to provide access to this potentially SHARED space during your stay as needed. We know how convenient it is to be able to utilize a WASHER and DRYER and are very happy to do our best to have this available for your use :-) Please inquire during your stay if you would like access to the laundry facility and we will coordinate (with any guests that may be occupying that home during your stay) and help make it happen for you! If needed, and pre-arranged, you would have access via a separate exterior door that leads directly into the enclosed laundry room.

**Nisqually Highland Ranch has 40 acres of land you are free to roam! Our horse-loving guests are welcome to contact us if they would like to bring their horses along! We have a horse arena and several sectioned off gated areas with plenty of pasture! If you open a gate, please close it behind you, but wander as you please (except in gated padlocked areas where horses are currently located-a sign will show you those designated areas) and enjoy the 40 acres!!!! Safety First;-)

**Full bathroom (stand up shower)
**Exterior double doors leading to direct covered patio access!

We live nearby and can come by if needed; however, we also understand that every guest has a different preference on how much interaction they have with the host. We try to be aware of each person's individual wants and needs and completely respect your privacy. You are on vacation and it is very important to us that you enjoy yourself!

-Other things to note-

The Loft at the Nisqually Highland Ranch is perfect for couples, remote working, small families, or a few close friends.

***Absolutely NO parties are permitted, and no unregistered guests are allowed on the property without prior consent.**

*** There will be horses located in the fenced outer pastures during your stay:-) Please enjoy the little cutie pies from afar. There is also a chance of coming across pups next door. Wildlife such as deer and elk tend to love this area and we often see them (No promises-but there is always a chance!)***

This 40-acre estate is located in a rural area and a vehicle will be necessary to access any local amenities. Upon entrance into the gated community (a keycode will be provided to each guest prior to arrival), the last few minutes of driving will be on a GRAVEL ROAD. Out of respect for the community we request that ALL GUESTS DRIVE UNDER 20mph ON THIS ROAD.


We do our very best to provide our guests with a wide range of amenities to help make everyone's stay as convenient and comfy as possible:)

This home is located on the 2nd story above the garage on the property and it is equipped with a full sized fridge/freezer, oven/stovetop, pots, pans, glassware, utensils, paper towels, silverware, knives, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, fresh towels, fresh sheets, extra blankets, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, toilet paper, stand up shower, hair dryer, iron, small flat screen TV with streaming capability, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.

**Liability Waiver:
All activities on this property are at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising during your stay at The Loft at The Nisqually Highland Ranch and hold the Property Owner, Host and Lakeview Getaways, LLC harmless. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for all accidents or injury that may occur inside or outside the home. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owners, the host and Lakeview Getaways, LLC for accidents or claims regarding any and all incidents that may occur on the property. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirmation by booking this home constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between all Guests, the Host, Lakeview Getaways, LLC and the Property Owners.
