Clean, beautiful view, and great location. Would have liked to see one replacement roll of TP for the bathroom, but still a 5* stay. Brightly decorated and very clean.

Beautiful property. Views are amazing as advertised. Many amenities in the condo and literally a few step from the ocean. The beach was very private and exclusive. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was even better than the pictures portrayed. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed…all too often that is not the case for rentals..we greatly appreciated all of the amenities. The complex was quiet and the other occupants were friendly. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay in the Ormond/Daytona area.

We like this place

The condo has everything we need for a Florida vacation. It is very clean and has nice ocean and river views. The location is great. We like the restaurant list in the welcome book. We went to two of the restaurants, they both were really good, we went to the third one, Aunt's Catfish without a reservation, the waiting time was too long, so we gave up.

Fantastic and Clean!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is just perfect. It is right outside of the Daytona crowd which is what we prefer. The view is amazing, and we enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the sunrise and sunset. The most important thing is that is was very clean! I felt comfortable the entire stay. Thank you!

Perfect Location

I took my mother to Daytona for a NASCAR VIP experience at Daytona. The condo had a fantastic view of the ocean, was clean, and decorated beautifully. It was relaxing to sit on the balcony and listen to waves crashing and watch the fish. The location is close to the track so it made for an easy commute. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean, well stocked, updated condo with amazing ocean views!

Beautiful condo with amazing ocean views. The condo is well stocked, very clean, updated, and so nice. We enjoyed watching the pelicans fly eye level while out on the balcony. The pool was nice, the beaches were not super crowded, and Ormond Beach has some great food/drink/ice cream spots. Our family enjoyed our time there. Only suggestion is to have more comfortable beds, however, that was a minor thing and we would definitely come back. 100% would recommend this condo if looking for a great oceanfront spot in Ormond Beach.

Absolutely amazing!

This property is exactly as shown and listed. The location is perfect and the view is unbeatable. Lillian, the owner, was rrsponsive, kind, and so easy to work with when a minor issue came up with the garage door opener. I would love to go back!!

Felt like home. Loved it so much, would love to stay for a month or more off season. Everything was fully stocked and even came with spawning beach turtles on the beach. Thanks for a wonderful week! Highly recommend. Close to everything.

Condo is beautiful and the views are amazing! Can see the ocean from almost every window. The location is peaceful. Just bring clothes and groceries and you will be all set, they have thought of everything you may need for a wonderful stay. Easy and friendly communication

One of the Best

Wow, just wow. This place was immaculate and had pretty much anything you could need, from coolers to sun hats. The kitchen was well stocked and it had everything you could need.If you are looking for a place away from the crowds this is it. Easy access to the beach and a Publix across the street, what more could you want.

Awesome Condo with Amazing View!!

This condo is perfect. I spent the week working and visiting friends. The view from all windows is amazing. This is an end unit which gives you views from 2 sides which is great. The condo was very clean and organized well. It is true to the pictures. The updates are modern and tasteful. In a perfect location. Lillian was excellent to work with.I definitely recommend this condo and will be staying again.

Absolutely Wonderful

The condo is simply fantastic. Clean, tastefully furnished, terrific view, cozy and comfortable. Host very responsive to any issues. There is simply no better place to stay in Ormond Beach and I have been staying or living there for 40 years. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Jealous it is not mine. Absolutely a wonderful, peaceful and very enjoyable place to spend time.

Blew me away!!!

The condos are call the Seawinds for a reason, Lillian’s condo absolutely blew me away! I never want to stay in a hotel room again. The place was beautiful, it had all the amenities I needed and the host was always available if needed. I wish I was staying here for pleasure and not work but trust me I took advantage of the incredible balcony overlooking the ocean. If you want an amazing stay with a streamlined check in and out process look not further!
