Great condo and perfect location!

The condo was very clean, new beds and mattresses, kitchen was fully stocked (I forgot my crockpot but there were two of them there!), a very quiet place at night and got lots of good sleep! We visited Storyland twice, Lower Falls, Diana's Bath, and Schouler Park in North Conway. The kids and our grandkids had a great time!

Had a great time, 3rd year in a row. I loved the decor in the condo. Lay out was great, including the new furniture that was in the condo. Children and adults enjoyed it. We cooked a nice meal on Friday night and everything we needed was there for us less the food. Kids enjoyed the pool, and I enjoyed the hot tub. Went to many sites to see and was exhausted every night. Slept very well, so quiet at night and the stars were bright. Hopefully we will be back for a 4th time in 2026. Thank you for a great place to be.

Clean and well appointed. Very comfortable for everyone. We have three kids and they loved the loft area. A lot of room for bigger groups. The amenities on the grounds were also great.

Great property

We had a great time stating here. Very close to Attitash and Wildcat which made it very convenient. Kitchen is well outfitted which was very appreciated-we eat most of our meals in-only thing we wished for was a sheet pan or two but regardless of that we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home, great location, fantastic communication.

We went as a family of 8 (3 generations) and a dog. Every single one of us had an amazing time. Great location - close to the mountains, shopping, and dining, while still being “tucked away”. We loved the clubhouse which provided so much to do! Communication with the owners were top notch! Can’t wait to go back!

What a gem!

I have already written a glowing review about my experience in this condo and with the owner, but this popped up, so I will write a second👍 The condo itself was absolutely lovely and spotlessly clean. I am somewhat of a germafobe, so I was incredibly surprised and pleased with how clean everything was. The condo also fit my group of eight adults perfectly with room to spare, and was completely well equipped. All we needed to bring in was our food and clothes. The clubhouse was insane with what it offered In the way of activities, for everyone and the location could not have been better. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo and the communication with the owner, I am totally looking forward to going back and experiencing it in the summertime!

Loved this condo!

We wanted to stay in the North Conway area for a few days, but we wanted a place that was as clean and comfortable as home. This well decorated condo was so comfortable! One of the couches had power recliners just like we have at home, and our teen loved the thick, cozy blankets. I am intensely organized and kind of a germaphobe, and the whole time we stayed in 9E, I just kept commenting about how every single thing was so neat, well organized and totally clean. We brought all our own food and cooking in this incredibly well-equipped kitchen was as easy as it is at home. The owners just stocked it with everything you could ever need. There were even kitchen drawers filled with things like plasticware sets, birthday crowns, flashlights with batteries, and a stack of neatly folded dishtowels. The king size mattress in the master bedroom seemed like new. The loft upstairs was filled with beds and a giant table for playing games, but it still felt quite spacious. There was a huge selection of DVDs, craft supplies to keep young kids busy and plenty of board games for older kids and adults. The bathrooms were as clean as I had hoped, the towels were thick, and there was even an adjustable shower head. There was shampoo and all kinds of things in the bathroom vanity in case you forgot something. My husband and I enjoyed a couple of beers out on the cute, little deck off the master bedroom. One of the reasons we chose this unit was because pets are allowed. We have an elderly, anxious dog, and we were surprised that even she was comfortable enough to sleep the day away in 9E. The owners were so great about answering my texts ahead of time and while we were there. Every piece of information we needed to know was either clearly posted on the fridge or in the notebook left on the table. We all enjoyed the jacuzzi at the clubhouse! While visiting the area, we hiked all around Diana’s Baths. We went on the Cog Railway and roasted hot dogs, brats and marshmallows on the fire pit on Mt. Washington. On a rainy day we headed to the new aquarium to feed shrimp to the giant stingray. We thoroughly enjoyed the shops in downtown North Conway, especially The Penguin Gallery! It was a wonderful getaway, and having such a clean, comfortable place to return to each night just made the whole vacation relaxing and enjoyable! We will be recommending 9E at the Seasons to our friends and family and hope one day to return to stay again ourselves!

Nice condo, the host was great. The only issue I had was the shades where not operational which kept the condo a little on the dark side during the day. Other than that, place was nice overall.

Fabulous house for a home base for Storyland!

My friend and I brought our kids (7 in all, ages 6-12) for a summer trip to Storyland. We had a fantastic time, the kids loved the house and had fun in the pool, and the clubhouse desk folks were very nice and helpful. The stairs into the loft with all the kid beds are steep and carpeted, so those might not be great for a toddler but could totally be baby-gated at the bottom, and the main bedroom on the lower floor is plenty big for a pack&play if you needed one.

Perfect weekend stay - would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was perfect - I marked the listing accuracy as 3 stars because to our pleasant surprise there was central AC which is not in the listing - such a plus - I had inquired and was told only ceiling fans - very clean and plenty of room. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!!!

Perfect!

My family and I just got back from a 3 night stay here and it was perfect. It’s exactly as described and pictured, very clean and comfortable. The kids especially loved the loft area with tons of games, puzzles, dvds etc. The clubhouse with pool, hot tub, and arcades is a close walk/drive. We had so much fun exploring the area and this townhome was a perfect place to come “home” to at the end of the day. We will definitely be returning

Clean and as expected

We had a blast and enough space to enjoy ourselves. We would definitely rent again! Only thing to tell people is if someone is showering DO NOT flush the toilet or run any water the shower will go full hot and burn you. Lucky it was me and not the kids.
