Enjoyed out stay very much. House was in walking to diner and other restaurants. Also in walking distance to grocery store. Parking was free but difficult to find at night. Area well lit, felt very safe! Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great trip and the house layout was just right for our group. We were comfortable and loved the neighborhood coffee shop named Coffee House Too. We easily found overnight parking on a side street. The trundle bed sheets were not clean, and so we had to make other arrangements for the people that were supposed to sleep on them. That was a bummer, but if that issue didn’t occur it would’ve been terrific.

Host canceled after we had traveled to Philly and arrived there with no accommodations. To be fair, the reservations were made last minute but I also had a rental history with vrbo, and if bookings can't be made last minute (perhaps with a higher deposit or something of that nature) then for personally the platform kind of loses its appeal.

Rented for a memorial service, the house was just as shown. Everyone was comfortable. We had one concern as the house was not cool on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I texted the host, he responded right away and came right over to address the concern. The beds were very comfortable and was well stocked with cooking utensils the house was very clean. I would definitely book again. The giant beanbag as you can see is also very comfortable.

Solid place to stay in Fishtown

Had a great stay while new grandson was born. Very close to everything we needed. Nicely renovated and clean.

Place was clean and new, close to grocery stores and food. Easy check in and check out process as well, the site manager was very responsive!

New Balance Nationals

Great location and space for me and four 18 year old young men competing at the New Balance National Track and Field meet at Franklin Field. Easy Uber ride to and from the field daily even with traffic. Stores, restaurants, CVS, coffee shop all in walking distance. Distinct, city feel in an updated townhome. 3 levels so have to be good with stairs. 4 bedrooms with six total beds was awesome. 2 full baths with 1 half bath was great for our group. Space was perfect for what we needed. Loved the little coffee house at the end of the block. Super nice people there. Many thanks!

Great space, but please look into providing parking pass

No complaints on the home or location but i didnt know anything about a parking permit.. we received a ticket which wasnt a lot 26.00 but a pass that can be hung in the window And left at checkout would be a great idea....having a contractor as a husband he did notice A LOT how ever the home served its purpose

Just couldn’t do it

This place was a nightmare, we left that night. The sheets were dirty and seem already slept in, the house smelled really bad and there were bugs crawling everywhere. The neighbor was really scary and felt dangerous.

Fun in Fishtown!

We loved the location of the property for our purposes but it is on a rather busy street with not a beautiful view. It was great for us as we loved walking around to the quaint shops and restaurants. There is a great little coffee shop on the corner! If you need Starbucks, it is about 3 blocks down and across a rather busy street but totally walkable. We felt safe walking in the area but were always home by about 9pm. The house was pretty clean in my opinion. The kitchen cabinets could use a good cleaning, The small appliances could use a wipe down. We were there during a heat wave and the air-conditioning does not cool the upper floors very well, especially the third floor. I suggested fans as something that could be added to make it more bearable but it would be perfect with a split in the third floor for summer time.I would totally stay there again.

First trip to Philly

This rental was conveniently located and the host was very helpful in guiding us to find parking. There was plenty of room for all of us and we were delighted to find a small fenced in yard! Never heard our neighbors so the sound proofing must be good as well. Had a great stay!

Great place!

We needed a large place for our big family to celebrate Thanksgiving and this place was great! We had 5 people sleeping, and were back and forth between my daughter’s house in Fishtown. Close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and there was a lot to do in Philly. Highly recommend. We will stay there again.

Location and host are great!

Easy checkin, good location. Property is in decent shape, third floor gets hot. There were quite a bit of flies, my suggestions for host would be to add an electric fan on the third floor and get some fly traps in there.

Great property!

This was a great property for our family of seven to really stretch out in and have Thanksgiving dinner. My daughter lives in Fishtown, and the location of this property was really good for walking to her house, going to the grocery store, doing all those extra things that you need to do last minute on a holiday. We really enjoyed the living area as we all gathered around to watch our beloved Georgia Bulldogs play football on Saturday night. I highly recommend this property, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Philadelphia Marathon Weekend

My friends and family stayed for the Philly Marathon. This was perfect because it had beds for everyone! It was great to have everyone be able to sit and relax. Fishtown was great to be away from the chaos of downtown, but still easy to get there. Parking was a bit tricky and we ended up getting a ticket ($27). Also, it seemed like the dishwasher was not functioning so we had to fill the water by hand. Other than those two things, the place was great!

Great location.

A great location. Short on and off I-95. Easy to airport, art museum and center city. Parkin in Phila is always a challenge but I found spots within 3 blocks in the street. Parking in front is restricted to 2 hrs from 4-pm to 2am in front of the house. If you have a large group, living room seating is limited. The Host, Anthony, was GREAT. Very responsive. Immediately took care of minor issues.
