Charmante cabane en rondins à New Bern - Animaux acceptés !

We are glad you enjoyed the cute location and found the cabin convenient to New Bern and the surrounding attractions. We provide all check-in and check-out information directly through the platform, but we apologize for any breakdown in communication that caused you to reach out. Our home is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival, and each piece of bedding is thoroughly inspected, so we are surprised by your experience with the pillowcase. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay to address this, so we could have sent our cleaning team to replace it immediately. Additionally, we use accurate descriptions and professional photographers so that the cabin size and shared fire pit are clear in our listing, allowing guests to decide before booking if the property meets their expectations.

From the Owner: "Thank you for your kind review—we’re glad you enjoyed the cabin and the amenities. I’m sorry for the inconvenience regarding the check-in and Wi-Fi information. That information is typically sent automatically through the booking platform prior to arrival. Unfortunately, we aren’t notified if a guest doesn’t receive that message. We appreciate you reaching out during your stay so we could get that information to you quickly. For future bookings, you may also want to check directly with VRBO if anything appears to be missing, as it’s handled through their system. Thanks again for staying with us—we’d love to host you again!"
