PLEASE BE ADVISED THE COLONY REEF CLUB PROPERTY WILL BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION FROM OCT 2025 – MAY 2026. BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RACQUETBALL COURT WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.

Enjoy a beautiful direct oceanfront view from new patio furniture and never miss a glorious Florida sunrise! With plenty of seating for the whole family, the living room is the perfect place for everyone to gather. The dining room table comfortably seats six making family meals on vacation easier than ever. The beautiful kitchen with brand new cabinets and granite counter tops is fully stocked for a stay of any length and has a full size washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. The primary bedroom has a king size bed (new king mattress as of 9/2024) and the private en suite bathroom has a brand new walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen and an extra long twin bed and the smaller third bedroom we like the call the "Crow's Nest" has one bunk bed and one twin bed.

Please note, the owner of this condo is severely allergic to pet dander so this condo cannot accommodate service animals of any kind. However, we have many other condos that do accommodate service animals here at Colony Reef Club!

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Great View

The property was very clean and updated. The view is great although the balcony is pretty small, it has a nice covered area that is protected from the wind and rain. The living/kitchen space is pretty small, it was fine for the two of us, but something to consider if you have a larger family/group. There is a nice pool area and the beach is great, however you can drive on this part of the beach. The condo is about a 15 minute drive to stores/restaurants. You will definitely want to have a car.

Great view and location but condo needs work

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time on vacation, thanks in part to the great view and location of his condo! The view is as good as it gets, and the balcony is large. The beach is beautiful white sand and felt nicely private with only a few other families sitting in front of colony reef. The pool was great and warmed up for the end of the trip. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The condo itself is not in good shape, with the bottom of interior doors peeling, rust where the tub meets the bathroom floor, white paint over wallpaper by the living room window, and very old wallpaper. What’s worst is that the unit had crumbs and dirt on arrival so I spent some time sweeping when we first got there.

Good morning Stephanie, Thank you for your feedback, it is always appreciated. I will do my best to work with this owner to do some minor updates, she is elderly and I think struggles with the understanding of upgrades, that's why it's downgraded to a Bronze condo, however still unacceptable and will do our best to address the issues. I am mortified by the fact there were crumbs on the floor!! That is something that should never happen, and will address with the cleaning staff immediately!! We are glad you enjoyed the view, it is an amazing balcony and as you said, the restaurants are fantastic! Again, thank you for your feedback! Lorri

Great vacation

This was our first year staying at Colony Reef Club. We typically stay at another condo, however, due to lack of availability as late as we booked our trip, we ended up here. It was really nice and a very clean condo. The property was kept clean and the maintenance gentleman was very personable. The only complaint we have about this place is the parking. When we arrived, there were no parking spaces near our building. There is only one 15 minute loading/ unloading parking area but we had two full vehicles to unload. The parking lot was a little congested with everyone checking in around the same time. Parking passes are provided for up to two vehicles, however, parking availability is a different story. We stayed during 4th of July week. The blue parking passes were supposed to allow us to park next to the building we were staying in. We maybe had two parking spaces by the building the entire time. Otherwise, we had to park away from where we were staying and the second vehicle we had (orange pass holder) had to park in the only available spots which were located near the main road past the front office. It appeared that many of the vehicles that were parked right up near the buildings did not have passes and parking passes were never checked throughout our stay. The rules stated that vehicles would be towed if they were not in their designated areas. Well, that wasn’t the case and parking seemed like a free-for-all. Great for short term visitors, unfortunate for renters.

Hi Jana, I am so glad you loved condo 2401! It is one of our most popular condos at Colony Reef Club, and the oceanfront view is so amazing. I apologize parking was such an issue for your family. Our Facility Coordinator does the best he can to walk around the parking lot and give citations to guests without a proper parking tag. The vehicles you were seeing with "no tags" were likely owners who were staying for the week as they have sticker decals registered to their vehicles that look nothing like the paper parking tags we give our renters. The 4th of July is our busiest week of the year for our owners and guests to visit, but I can guarantee you if you visit any other week of the year you will not have the same issue with parking! Friends at the beach

Our unit was perfect, overlooking the ocean, tastefully decorated and very relaxing for our family and friends. Sitting out on our deck to watch the sun and moon rise was one of our favorite things. The beach was wonderful, not crowded, and easy to get to with a quick walk on the walkway. Pool is beautiful, clean and well-maintained as was the hot tub, nice and warm! It was great to have the water faucet area with mats that allowed us to wash off the sand when coming back from the beach; having a bathroom by the pool so we didn't have to go back to the condo for this, and the gorgeous landscaping! Having elevators and luggage carts to tote all our belongings when arriving/departing was much appreciated! We have stayed at Colony Reef twice, both times in the spring, and the only changes we’d suggest are: having 1 more free parking spot/tag for each reservation; beach towels available in a check-out station by the pool (and then charges apply if one doesn't return their towel), or beach towels in our room; longer hours in the pool/hot tub (allowing adults only from dusk to 10 PM would be nice), and better enforcement of the rules at the pool, such as no kids in the hot tub or unsupervised kids in the pool. Well, it’d be a dream if there were a second pool on the property, one with slide, etc, for kids, and a quieter one designated for adults. Overall we have had 2 great stays here, and hope this will be an annual getaway for us. St Augustine Beach is an unspoiled and lovely getaway that we haven't gotten tired of yet! Colony Reef Club has the perfect amount of privacy while close to desired amenities, attractions and Florida history that can elevate your stay and make you want to return!

About ten years ago we landed on the fourth floor of building number 2. We choose go Oceanfront and have stayed in a 3 units. This is our forth stay in 2401. We are very pleased with the total renovation. We will be sure to stay here whenever it is available.

Nice ocean view but would not stay again

The Pros: This condo was decorated beautifully and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It has a great ocean view. The cons: the building is old and shows it’s age. There is only one hot tub for the entire complex and it wasn't hot and always full. The cleanliness of the condo was subpar; stained sheets and towels, dirty shower. Management was responsive and quick to send new towels and the cleaner back to wipe up the shower. The master bedroom mattress was horrible! I had to sleep on the couch for the entire stay. Will not be returning.

Great stay, great location and view, condo needs updates

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time in this condo, and we were back because the view can't be beat. And we love the location. During our stay, however, we had great difficulty with the sliding glass door, the toilets were temperamental with threatening to overflow or not flushing,the dryer hose is full of lint posing a fire hazard,and many of the dishes were dirty at the start of the trip. For a place in such a great location and with a fantastic view, the updates for safety and cleanliness would make this place unbeatable!
