THE SPACE



The full window wall in the main living area frames a triple-view panorama — the Gulf, Big Carlos Pass, and Estero Bay — that shifts and evolves throughout the day and reaches its most spectacular at sunset, when the sky above the water transforms into something genuinely memorable.



The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space is generously proportioned and well-laid-out for up to 4 guests. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, a TV with DirecTV, and a dining table with seating for 4. An eating bar with two barstools separates the living area from the full kitchen — refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, with cookware, dinnerware, and basic small appliances all included.



Sliding glass doors open from the living area onto the open balcony, where a table and seating for 2 put you right in the center of that extraordinary waterway view — sunrise, sunset, and everything in between.



The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed and a TV with DirecTV, with a direct connection to the dual-access bathroom.



The bathroom is both beautifully appointed and practically designed — a jetted corner tub, an oversized walk-in shower, an expanded sink vanity with generous counter space, and a private toilet area with a pocket door, all accessible from both the bedroom and the main living area. For a group of 4, this layout is a genuine daily convenience that sets this unit apart from those with single-access bathrooms.
