Sur les rives du lac de Côme, Nesso est sur la route de la ville de Côme à Bellagio, offrant une vue de carte postale sur le lac. Vous saurez que vous êtes en Italie dès votre arrivée. La maison est située au bord du lac sur une voie privée d'un petit village italien calme, datant de l'époque romaine, à proximité des attractions du lac et de Milan, avec des voyages faciles vers les célèbres villes italiennes.

Villa Rosina, propriété de la Famiglia Pertusini depuis des siècles, est un parfait répit paisible au bord du lac qui vous met en avant et au centre du lac en regardant vers l'ouest au-dessus des merveilles de cette région. La maison est située hors de la route principale par une voie d'eau traversée par une cascade, en bas d'un escalier de jardin. Ouvrez les volets une fois à l'intérieur, sortez sur le patio… C'est vraiment une vue de carte postale que vous avez ici sur cette propriété privée qui vient avec un jardin au bord du lac, un petit quai au bord de l'eau où vous pouvez sauter dans l'eau et à quelques pas de la ville .


La Villa Rosina est perchée sur la rive de Côme où l'activité lac des bateaux qui vont et viennent peut être appréciée depuis la terrasse au-dessus d'un café le matin ou d'un apéritif le soir. Nesso est à distance de marche et a été un village au bord du lac de l'époque romaine. C'est votre petit pas en arrière dans le temps. Avec de superbes vues, de beaux jardins de cerisiers et de châtaigniers à côté de la maison.

Heavenly retreat

We loved our stay in Nesso, Lake Como. This home was so warm, welcoming and well appointed. The balcony was our favorite with spectacular views. We will definitely be back!

The house is great and exactly has shown in the pictures. The only disadvantage is the drive from Como and the driveway down to the villa. It is about a 30 minute drive from Como to the villa on roads that are often onbly wide enough for one vehicle - watch out for the local buses who drive rather fast. Then the driveway down to the parking starts off at about a 45 degree downgrade but once down the parking is fine. From there it is down 78 steps to villa 102.

A wonderful, well-equipment property that is excellently located on the shore of Lake Como. Stunning views from the patio across the lake. The lake swimming was wonderful. However, it would be a little easier if the ladder from the jetty actually went into the water. A truly enjoyable stay.

A very pleasant apartment which was well positioned immediately next to the lake in Nesso, a quiet village equi-distant between Como and Bellagio. The terrace was quite simply spectacular - sitting out watching the boats on the lake was so tranquil throughout the day. Access to the lake for late afternoon swimming was also delightful (and much needed after some sweltering days)!

Beautiful location on Lake Como

This place is conveniently located between Como and Bellagio, in the community of Nesso. The road around the lake is very narrow, so it was really nice to have beautiful walking paths to restaurants, gelato shops and ferrys. The house is well cooled in the summer heat and is very comfortable with great views. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the desk watching all the boats go by.

The view is wonderful the property is nice and located right on lake Como. Very relaxing if you’re staying home. Getting in and out of the property was a nightmare. Way too many steps to go up and down specially carrying luggages. Hard to almost impossible to find transportation other than the bus that would always be completely full. If you have older people in your group or family don’t even try. I am not very picky except when it comes to cleanness and this house was not very cleanIf you want a relaxing stay without going out much then this is perfect

Wonderful Getaway!!

Being in Nesso was so lovely. We spent every morning on the porch watching the lake. Most days we went down to the dock for swimming. We decided to not have a car so the grocery store was a ten minute walk as was the distance to the ferry stop to get to other parts of the lake. We walked to the waterfall and enjoyed jumping off the bridge. If you want to get away, this is a lovely small town.

Life on the shores of Lake Como, in a peaceful little town called Nesso. Want a life changing expierience. I promise you will find it here. So much to do or not do. Two of the nicest people run this operatio and will make your stay delightful. Slow down, expierience all the Lake Como has to offer, you won't regret it. This is the perfecy spot.

Stunning views in a perfect location. We will be back!

The house was perfectly equip for a family of 4. Three beds, plus too baths made it convenient for everyone in the family to have privacy and space. The AC in the bedrooms made sleeping a breeze. The apartment was walking distance to a couple restaurants, but we preferred to drive do to the narrow Italy streets. Lots of steps to walk up and down to the apartment, but we did not mind, because it allowed us to get our daily steps in. The apartment was actually cleaner and prettier than the VRBO website showed. My daughters loved jumping in the water at the boat dock. We had an excellent time and are already talking about when we can come back. Our host, Lino was excellent in communicating with us before and during our stay. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Bellisimo e Perfetto!!

What a wonderful place we were fortunate enough to stay at for a week in May! This exceptionally well-maintained middle apartment was exactly as shown and described on the listing, and very comfortable for 6 adults inside and outside. Hosts Lino and Amy were welcoming and quickly answered questions as needed. Nesso was a perfect, quieter little town for us. We enjoyed walking the ancient Roman trail to go to the ferry launch for trips to other towns, to restaurants or to the market. We especially enjoyed our time on the great wraparound veranda taking in the spectacular views with our morning cappuccinos, evening meals, and glasses of wine. This spot is *very* special. For us, it was the best rental we've ever stayed at over our many decades of travel. We highly recommend this Villa Rosina apartment to all. Grazie, Lino and Amy!

We stayed for four nights, while touring Italy with our two sons, ages 23 and 21. It’s as beautiful as the pictures show, however, the steps to get down to the property and the driveway, others need to know, may be a challenge. It is a very steep driveway and many steps down to the house. Coming up to the main road could pose a challenge to those not able to handle a lot of stairs. Though Nesso is beautiful, there are limited options for food. We rented a car from Como to be able to travel for restaurants, etc. I would absolutely recommend this rental as it is just gorgeous and has everything. The deck and the views are breathtaking and the home itself has a very warm feel. Would love to return in th colder months to use the beautiful fireplace. The owner was always accessible to questions. Come and see for yourself, you will NOT be disappointed.

Fantastic home in a stunning location

We had a great stay in a beautiful property. Our only minor complaint was over the communication process with the owner and property manager which was a bit haphazard. For example, a few months after paying deposit and receiving confirmation of our booking I received an email out of the blue, asking if I would like to ‘go ahead with the booking’.... this was speedily recognised as a mistake, but caused us a few hours of worry. Arrival details were also not clear. Lost on page 3 of detailed instructions on how to locate the property, was a tiny note stating we should contact the property manager before arrival. We missed this, and arrived expecting to find a key and to be able to enter the property, but could not. Fortunately we arrived at during office hours on a weekday, and were able to speak with the property manager and it was all cleared up quickly, so no harm done.... but could have been very different if we had arrived late at night, or on a Sunday. Advice to other renters - make sure you contact the property manager as stated! The road to the property was very narrow and steep as noted in other reviews, however we were able to drive our rented Peugeot estate/ people carrier down to the house.... not easy, but also not impossible!

Can I give this place 6 STARS please??

Quite simply—off the charts. Anyone who has stayed in Como before knows that to get a place right on the water ranks among the world’s great locations, so this place already had massive props just based on location alone. Plus a little dock?? Incredible! My family of 5 (two grown kids, one spouse, plus my husband and I, reveled in our daily belly flops, floats, and swims in the stunning water, all under the watchful gaze of families of swans, mergansers, and ducks, bells from the church giving a gentle ding-dong now and then. Then we would towel off, loll in the canvas chairs for a bit, then walk the stairs up to the house, which perched on the rise above the lake like a butter-yellow birthday cake. It wasn’t all stuffy and fancy—just wonderfully comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed every corner of the house, which had every single thing you could want. Aperativos on the broad veranda (we were in the 3-bedroom middle unit) overlooking the lake at sunset were especially wonderful. The kitchen was easy and roomy, and we enjoyed making a couple of suppers with goods bought from the tidy little market a short walk away, where we would get fresh eggs, croissants, fruits & veggies every day. Nesso is tiny but has awesome pizza at Tre Rose overlooking the lake. Since Nesso has limited ferry service, we found it best with our big bunch to drive to Bellagio (15 minutes), where the ferry service is much more frequent. Note that the driveway takes some nerves of steel, but it’s doable if you don’t freak out too much! Our host made the entire process easy, relaxed, and problem-free—he was super available and we can’t thank him enough for our remarkable stay. Go go go go go!!! You will NEVER forget it!

Perfect location and facilities

The location of the apartment is fantastic with stunning views and direct access to Lake Como which we swam in daily. The apartment is spacious and extremely well equipped, it does stay cool despite no a/c. Nesso is beautiful with 2 shops. We got take away pizzas and ate in the restaurant at Tre Rose on several occasions, the food is good, but be prepared to wait if they are busy as it's a family run restaurant and serve people as fast as they can. The ferry service is good, we used it to go to Como and also drove to Como and got the train from Como to Milan. We hired a boat from Lezzeno Rent a Boat, highly recommend them. We (family of 4 with 2 teenagers) would highly recommend this apartment (we had the first floor apartment with large balcony) and would definitely love to return.

Fabulous return visit

This was our second visit to la Rosina and it was just as lovely as we recalled. While the location is a little tricky with steep narrow access off the main road and lots of steps to the villa, for those who don’t have mobility problems the reward is a beautiful home with idyllic views. Nesso is quiet which was perfect for us, yet close by car, bus or ferry to the more touristy popular destinations around lake Como. We hope to visit again sometime.
