The upper balcony area at Villa 92, equipped with outdoor furniture, overlooks the lagoon located within the South Shores Resort at Normanville. Imagine yourself on the balcony socialising with your friends, enjoying barbecues and a glass of wine whilst looking out at the water features and the birdlife on the lagoon. A great spot also for enjoying your morning and afternoon coffees.

Ideal for entertaining, this modern villa has reverse cycle air conditioning and spacious kitchen, dining and areas on the upper level with bifold doors which open out onto the balcony. A separate toilet is conveniently located on this level, along with a laundry equipped with washer and dryer.

The Trevally features 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. All bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the ground floor and have built in robes. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, opens out to a private deck overlooking the lagoon and comes with an ensuite & wall mounted tv. Bedroom two has a Queen size bed and bedroom three has a bunk bed (single upper and double lower). Bedrooms two and three have access to a generous size bathroom with toilet, vanity & a large shower.

Single carport provided. Additional cars may be parked in the designated community parking bays within the South Shores complex.

The Villa is located in resort style accommodation in a secured gated community setting – great for the kids to explore the walking paths, native environment and play areas. In addition to the lagoon, the complex offers landscaped gardens maintained by an onsite caretaker, 2 communal swimming pools, reserve area, kid’s playground, a basketball ring and bike track. The resort is set alongside a secluded bay with a beautiful white sandy beach which is accessed via a board walk from the resort. Within walking distance of the well known Normanville jetty and Beach Café where you can enjoy a treat.

Normanville and Yankalilla townships are only a short distance away, where you can experience the local bakeries and pub meals, cafes and takeaway eateries and access supermarkets for your grocery shopping. The Fleurieu region offers many sporting opportunities, bushwalking, fishing and local wineries to visit. Also on route to Cape Jervis, Kangaroo Island and about 30 minutes to Victor Harbor.
