The villa is situated in the South Shores Resort Style Village, nestled behind the sand dunes, close to the reserve, main pool and board walk to the beach. The Village is a private gated community with landscaped gardens surrounded by magnificent countryside, bird filled eucalypts and some of the most divine beaches our state has to offer.
Relax and enjoy endless hours sun baking by the pool, get away from all the hustle & bustle of city living.
The Trevally features 3 bedrooms, all with Queen size beds, built in robes, drawers and ceiling fans, accommodating 6 guests. All bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom opens out to a private deck overlooking the sand dunes and offering an alfresco setting to enjoy your morning coffees. Other features include a walk in ensuite & wall mounted tv. Bedrooms two and three are a generous size and have access to the main bathroom which has a large shower area, vanity and toilet facilities.
Upstairs is a large open plan living with western red cedar cafe bi-fold doors opening out onto a huge deck made for entertaining which overlooks the sand dunes. Enjoy socialising and barbecuing on the balcony area.
The living area has imposing 12 foot ceilings and the kitchen has outstanding finishes including Caesar stone bench tops and stainless steel Smeg Appliances. Make the most of the nespresso coffee pod machine (pods not included) for your coffee breaks and enjoy the filtered PURATAP water.
Outside you’ll be able to enjoy the communal swimming pools, children’s playground, bbq & picnic area and the gorgeous boardwalk.
Stroll down the boardwalk to the undiscovered sandy beaches and crystal blue waters of Normanville. The kids will love spending their summers building sand castles and riding the waves.
When you have had enough of the beach, you simply retire to your villa for a glass of wine and relax. Enjoy the comfort of ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout and 2 flat screen televisions and dvd player for your entertainment.
All the while the kids are safe and sound exploring the walking paths, native environment and play areas South Shores provides.
