This suite with AC that keeps you warm in winter and cool in summer, and it centrally located in the city of Richmond, a short drive from the Airport and the beaches. Wifi and parking are included. The soundproofing is excellent, with the windows and doors closed, you won't hear too much noise at night.

The space is approximately 600 sq.ft;
The bedroom is equipped with queen size bed with mid-soft mattress; the sofa in the living room can be unfolded into a double bed for extra guests to sleep temporarily; the kitchen is equipped with appliances such as refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.; the apartment also has a dryer and washer;

This apartment is located in a busy area of Richmond; it is close to a variety of amenities and stores and is only a 10-minute walk to supermarkets and restaurants;

If you don't drive, there are plenty of bus routes close to the apartment, so you won't have any trouble getting around;

- Quiet hours 10PM-8AM;
- Parking space is underground in the building;
- The earliest check-in time at 4 p.m. and the latest check-out time at 11 a.m. since I need enough time to clean the room. Please message me if you require an early check-in or a late check-out;
- The furniture shown in the photographs may be subject to slight alterations due to normal wear and tear and replacement;
- NO parties, NO prostitution, NO drugs, NO marijuana; the host has the right to deduct the entire deposit if any of the above are found;
