John is an excellent host and responds quickly to any request.The suite is clean, tidy, well equipped with more than adequate space for a couple.Would book again for the area.

Great Stay in Richmond

Had a great stay here. John was very prompt to answer my questions and gave helpful instructions for the stay, the book about the area was a nice touch.The place was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed, I really appreciate the washer and dryer.Location was in a nice and quiet neighborhood and the nearby park gave us a great shortcut to a main bus route as we did not have a car.Overall, a great stay!

Very clean

John’s unit is very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We arrived after dark and the house number was difficult to see. I might suggest adding another light or moving the numbers to a lit wall.

Very quiet stay

Spent the weekend here, very cozy. Privacy is definitely appreciated as long as guests keep it to themselves. It’s best to have your own ride as transportation might not be too convenient if going out or coming back late at night.

Clean and quiet space, great for student

The location was just as it appeared in the photos. Private entrance and kept very clean. John was very quick to respond to any messages and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Richmond, BC

From the first point of communication to check out, the entire process was great! The place was immaculately clean and the host let us check in a few hours early since our flights arrived ahead of time. The space is well maintained and all linen provided are of hotel quality. Hot water was plenty and having a washer/dryer on site made things easy for the family! We had a car, so I can't speak to public transit, but the home is located close to shopping and groceries within a 5-10 drive. It's located on a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe taking our little one for walks. My family and I would absolutely stay here again!

This venue exceeds my expectations for the price I paid. The place is clean and well furnished. It's neighborhood is nice and quiet. The hopping and dining areas are within 10 minutes drive.

Quiet little apartment

Quiet, clean little apartment with all the amenities. Close to a park, quick drive to the Wharf. The host was very responsive when I requested more towels. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic find

Would highly recommend this place. Close to Steveston and main area of Richmond. Very clean and comfortable place. Kitchen well stocked and we were able to cook a few meals for our toddler. The host was very kind and always quick to help.

Nice, clean modern living space in quite residential neighborhood with spacious bedroom, living room, and kitchen, as well as good sized refrigerator. The bathroom is on the small side with a taller than more bathtub that’s challenging to get into and out from for the elderly. Would stay here again.

Overall good experience. The only downfall would be that the host and family is on the premise which makes things a little uncomfortable at times. But it was a good place to stay and met my families need for the two days we stayed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Johnson’s property. The place was clean and quiet. It’s very conveniently located too. We also want to thank the property owner for checkin in on how we are doing and if there is anything he could help us with. Good standard hospitality. We will be back for sure!

quiet neighborhood. quiet unit.

overall, I have nothing to complain about this unit. restaurants and shopping malls are located in close proximity. Indeed, the owner is very detail-oriented. they provide Brita Filter. we were surprised to see it, coz we prefer to filter the drinking water. If the owner can provide a stand vacuum machine, that would be even better, for those who stay in a longer time and are able to clean the house. that's it. we have a pleasant stay.

Great stay overall

Host responses very fast, property exact match the picture, overall stay is pleasant. The 1 star deducted from the super noise portable AC, and the bedroom door is not aligned well, you have to enforce to open and close.

This suite is completely private and has its own roof. You can enjoy the space of this newly renovated guest suite solely for your stay. You are not going to share it with any other guest and you have your own private entrance.

The bedroom has 1 queen-size bed with a branded mattress which will bring you a comfortable sleep. At night the sofa can be transformed into a bed. Making this space suitable for 2 to 3 people. The kitchen comes with a new gas range with oven, a new refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, and coffee machine. Smart tv with Netflix while relaxing in the cozy living space.

Full toilet & bathroom come with a bathtub. Separate washer and dryer to wash up your used clothes during your stay. You can also enjoy the big backyard if you want to breathe in the fresh air.
