The house is very nice, however I don’t think the cleaning crew did a good job because it was not very clean. The floor in the kitchen was sticky & dirty. The island countertop was dirty. The cabinets were sticky. The load of dishes in the dishwasher had not been emptied. The casita had a drippy air conditioning unit that required a towel underneath it. The bunk bed in the guest bedroom was detached from the wall so no one slept on it. The kitchen door has a big gap between it and the floor. Thankfully, the exterminator sprayed. We reached out to the host and she was very nice about responding and said they’d have things fixed after we left.

Thank you for your feedback. Since your stay, we have changed cleaning companies and are very certain guests have been happy with their services. The air conditioner in the casita has been fixed. It was leaking because it had frozen over from Being too cool. The gap under the door has been repaired as well. Thank you for staying with us.

Some doors don’t lock, there is a crack between the doors so bugs were crawling in, crickets all in the house coming out all the drains but was told due to weather and the houses are all going through that around there. The kitchen had crickets all in the drawers, the grill was broken and terrible at lighting and would go out randomly while blown. The casita room ac unit leaks under the bed and you have the change the towels 2 times a day. The kitchen cookware was burnt and some weren’t usable but still there. The garage room does not look like the photo and is worse. The couch was uncomfortable and you can feel the frame in the cushions. Overall did its job but could be cleaner, knobs need fixed, and the underneath doors could be fixed, wasn’t my favorite but did the job.

A handyman verified that all doors lock properly, and a professional exterminator treated the property for the seasonal crickets. Additionally, both the grill and the casita A/C unit have been fully serviced and repaired. Our cleaning team also inspected the kitchen and refreshed the cookware. It was light and beautiful inside. Very clean and inviting for the 15 that slept there. The deep pool, hot tub, and corn hole game was a hit. We would stay again for sure!

A group of 8 stayed here for Desert Storm and it was perfect! Location was close to downtown and the lake view from the top deck was great for sunrises and sunsets. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in the main house (1 master and 1 with a bathroom entrance from the hallway) and the entrance to the 4 bedroom and bathroom (master) in the back yard, under the steps. Easy check in and check out. Plenty of parking room. House was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. Can be in the downtown within 3 minutes and London Bridge within 5-8 minutes.

Was a wonderful place to stay. Really enjoyed the openness and design of house. Advertised as having a Casita but really was a basement bedroom ( lovely but no windows). Cleanliness-freezer had to be cleaned before we could use ( had hair in it). Minor issues. Really enjoyed this house.

Wonderful Host! Hope to stay again

We had a group of 11, two families of 5 and a grandma, and this home completely suited our needs! It was an easy drive to the lake (10 min to Windsor boat launch) and very close to Smiths grocery store and other stores & restaurants. The pool is huge! Great size for a large group. We also loved the large kitchen with plenty of dining seating. As another review mentioned, the Casita is downstairs, attached to the garage, where the ping pong table is. The host was very communicative and was quick to answer any questions or concerns. We appreciated that it was well-stocked, down to the individually wrapped soaps in each restroom. Would love to stay here again and will recommend to others headed to Havasu, too!

Needs a deep clean

The house was beautiful. Lovely lay out. Although it is advertised that it sleeps/accommodates 14, there were only 6 of us. There were no extra linen/blankets in the master bathroom as mentioned. Limited towels including in kitchen. The coffee pot is the smallest Keurig making one cup at a time (slowly I might add) which is not exactly suitable for that many people. The bedrooms and bathrooms for the most part were cleaned but the kitchen was very dirty. Every cupboard/drawer was extremely grimy with grease etc. all over handles and front faces. Two garbage bags were provided for the week? On the first night we decided to use the gas grill only to discover that the propane tank was empty and the grease trap was over flowing. Went to use the stove only to find it filthy inside with burnt cooked on food from previous guests. Not impressed. We ended up purchasing a new propane tank at our cost. Had someone from management come out and they pressure washed the grill, that is how dirty it was. Drying first load of laundry and discovering that the lint trap was so thick, I am just glad that I checked it before using it. Very hazardous. The pool was lovely except that it was difficult to get into because of the water temperature. Two of our guests used the hot tub the first night and ended up with an itchy red rash all over their bodies. One is immuno compromised so that was a bit of a concern. None of us used the hot tub for the duration of the trip due to this.

Terry, we want to make vacation rental easy for everyone, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - When notified 4 days into your stay regarding the issues you were experiencing, we immediately sent our maintenance guy and pool guy to take a look at the door handle and spa within a matter of a couple of hours. The handyman fixed the door handle and cleaned the BBQ. The pool guy checked all chemicals and cleaned the spa to find that all the chemicals were at their expected and appropriate levels. We are sorry to hear some guests in your party experienced a rash. - When we spoke on the phone and text message, we were unaware of any issues with the cleanliness of the home and not being able to locate extra linens or bath towels. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning team to address your concerns to make your stay most comfortable and direct you towards additional linens needed. We recently had our home deep cleaned at the end of March prior to your arrival. - We take the accuracy of our listing seriously and verified we do not advertise our pool as being heated and a propane tank is not provided, which is also mentioned in our welcome letter. We apologize if this caught you off guard. We do provide 3 trashbags for a week-long stay and have addressed this with our cleaners, we are sorry if only 2 were available during your stay. We promptly responded and went to generous measures to make things right. We regret if we did not come to an agreeable solution. As is evidenced by many great reviews, we are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences and will truly go above and beyond for our guests to make it the best possible stay. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Such a cute home, not too far from the lake.

This was such a cute home, and we loved that it was not too far from the lake. We did have some issue with the plumbing and dirty bedding, and a hose that started to flood the garage. So I called the homeowner and she got right on it and had the plumber there to fix the plumbing and showers, and had the cleaners remove the bedding and bring clean ones. I also loved that there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have fun, the lights in the pool were also a big hit.

Perfect house for a bigger group with huge open kitchen/dining/family room area. Beds were comfortable. Backyard deck provided great viewing for amazing sunsets! Pool was clean and nice after a day on the lake. Would definitely stay again!!

Magical Getaway

This was a perfect location just a few minutes from the lake. The house was spacious and fit all 14 of us comfortably. The only suggestions I have are to add some board games and more blankets. The pull out beds didn’t have blankets so we had to go buy some. Other than that, this place was amazing.
