Unit 1101 is ideally located at the south end of the building featuring west views from the private balcony, south views from the kitchen and east views from the bedrooms and master bath. Offered exclusively by The Holiday Life Rentals, the suite is maintained to hotel standards of cleanliness and stocked with high quality amenities needed for a completely seamless vacation. Inside the condo, you have two bedrooms - the master with a king-size bed, large flat screen TV, desk and dresser and a guest bedroom with queen-size bed, flat screen TV and dresser. Both bedrooms have en suite marble bathrooms - the master with a soaking tub and walk-out shower and the guest with a tub/shower combo. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, another large flat screen TV and a four seat dining table. Sliding doors lead out to your private balcony with a two seat dining table, offering tranquil views out to the rolling waves of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully equipped and unlike the one-bedroom suites in the building, is complete with a full size refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher. AMENITIES: - Gym - Pool Area with chaise lounges, heated pool & hot tub - Beach Access Path - Complimentary Valet & Bellhop Service DINING: The resort offers 3 dining options for ultimate convenience and the condo?s well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if you choose. Visit the Beachfront Grill for casual lunch near the sand. For dinner, Sal E Pepe provides an elegant beachfront Italian dining experience with excellent food and a lounge area for cocktails and conversation. The property is no longer operated as a full service resort, so the following services are NOT available: - Beach chair and towel service. The condo has beach towels and chairs for you to bring down. - Room charge privileges from resort restaurants and shops (you may pay with a credit card or cash!) - Room service dining - Daily Housekeeping. If you would like periodic cleaning and laundry service, you may request through The Holiday Life. An additional fee of $150 per cleaning will be due, which includes a change of linens. A change of linens only can be provided for $90.

COMMERCIAL USE: Commercial and/or business use of the property is not allowed, including commercial photography or filming.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest whose name is associated with this booking must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the reservation.

GUEST LIST: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.
