As you enter, you'll find marble flooring and a comfy red sofa for relaxation. You'll have access to our fast Wi-Fi, with speeds of 1000Mbps down and 20-50Mbps up. This unique space is a tiny home garage within a private complex, thoughtfully equipped with brand-new appliances and a generous 55" Smart TV. It's the perfect haven for travelers eager to explore the beauty of Orange County. Should you desire shopping or dining, a conveniently located shopping center is just down the street.



The Space:

Our home is a lavish retreat with marble flooring, elegant countertops, and a luxurious marble shower. This spacious condo offers a large living room where you can relax by a cozy fireplace, enjoy your favorite shows on a 55" 4K Smart TV, and stay connected with super-fast 1000Mbps internet speed. For your convenience, we provide assigned parking.



The Living Room is adorned with an Italian Leather Sofa, creating a comfortable space to unwind. You can indulge in a wide range of entertainment options with Spectrum TV, offering 300+ channels. The room is further enhanced by a decorative gas fireplace.



In the Kitchen, you'll find all the cooking essentials you need, along with a Mr. Coffee Coffee Maker and a toaster. Basic cooking pots and pans, plates, utensils, and serving bowls are readily available. The gas stove is at your disposal, though please bring your own baking goods. Additionally, there's an in-unit Washer/Dryer for added convenience.



The Bedroom ensures a peaceful night's sleep on a Queen medium-firm memory foam mattress, and we've thoughtfully provided bedding and linens for your comfort. An Iron & Ironing Board are available to keep your clothes wrinkle-free, and you can keep things tidy with the Hamper.



The Bathroom is a haven of luxury, featuring the infamous TOTO Bidet Toilet with a remote control. If you've never used a bidet before, it's an experience you won't forget. The bathroom is tastefully decorated for your comfort, and we provide Shampoo, Hair conditioner, and Body wash for your convenience. You'll have 2 Large Towels, 2 Medium Towels, 2 Face Towels, and 2 Makeup removal towels, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay.



Guest Access:

You will have access to everything inside our home, including one designated assigned parking spot.



The Neighborhood:

One of the nicest spots to explore in the neighborhood is the freshly transformed Downtown Santa Ana. If you happen to be in town on the first weekend of the month, you can enjoy a local artist's art stroll.



Our house is near restaurants, a mini-mart across the street, and bars/entertainment within walking distance. Santa Ana is getting better all the time, with new buildings, renovations, and street improvements. Because the shelters are so close, the locals are used to seeing transients roaming around. We have created gated gates around all of our entry points to ensure that all guests feel safe from public access, and we have installed security cameras throughout the property for added peace of mind.



Getting Around:

You can find restaurants, bars, and entertainment within 5 minutes of our home.



Other Things to Note:

Our home is gated with no public access.

Please be aware that as this is a garage space converted into a living area, there may be occasional loud sounds and noises that could disturb light sleepers. There is a server box next to the bed that may be a bit noisy for light sleepers, so you may want to consider bringing earplugs for such instances.

The bathroom is compact and may pose challenges for taller individuals.
