When booking the room you advertised separate living and bedroom quarters When I went to check in, I was told I only booked a studio. There was some argument from the manager but I luckily had taken a photo of ad and confirmation. Was told they would honor with a 15 per day upgrade fee. I think this was your companies fault or hotel, not mine.

You advertised a room with separate living and bedroom. Hotel would only give me a studio 350 sq ft. They charged me an up chg to have the two room suite that was advertised. I don’t feel This was my error. The blame is either Vrbo or the third party used. I would like a refund of the upchg I paid for my two week stay. My rating would have been higher except for this.

It was ok, when we arrived the front desk said they didn’t have our reservation and they were sold out. It was a middle aged Hispanic man. He seemed tired and cranky not very helpful. Then after about 20min he claimed it magically appeared. Idk. I was too tired to argue. I’m just happy he found it. Other than that it fit our needs. Close to a variety of good places to eat

There is nothing special about this place. The staff at check in wanted to charge double what was originally agreed upon. Local residents live on full time. They did not clean the room our entire stay (6days) and they charged To use laundry. I will not stay with them again.

Average Stay

The complex itself was very dirty, old and dirty floors/elevators. The trash was overflowing each day in the stairwell and propped up all over the floor. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen appliances were old and dingy. The bathroom was old. hardware was crooked where it had just been screwed back into the wall and the toilet was leaking. I would not stay here again.

Never coming back

The place smelled really bad. Probably from the old carpets that have been used for years and never deep cleaned. Also the sheets had stains on them. The gym had maybe one working machine and everything else was breaking apart. We found other people’s hairs in our bathroom towels. The knife provided was almost unusable and we were awoken by the fire alarm going off at 4 am just to find out it was a false alarm

Just above minimum

First, know that this is a hotel. But it has a good laundry room ($3.00 per load for wash, same for dry). Note also that the last fine print line mentions a $7/night parking fee. No bueno. It's not like it's in a tourist area, so there is no point but to get more cash and make the listing less expensive. The $100 deposit they will charge you takes 5 days to refund. Also, no bueno. The WiFi might be fast enough do do your work, but don't count on it. The toilet tank leaked so it ran every 20 minutes, and the request to fix it took days. The "fully equipped kitchen" was good enough for two people, but the knives were dull and it lacked a cutting board, so we used a plate. There was a bit of mildew in the bathroom (but great water pressure in the shower), and the hair dryer was there, but it was in the back of the drawer so we didn't see it. THERE WAS NO ICE MACHINE! The kitchen refrigerator did not have an ice maker, nor ice trays, so they brought us a tray of ice. And no luggage stand (we even have those at our home for out-of-town visitors - how hard is that??). Bottom line - barely above minimum, and not worth the price.

Yes , the room I was assigned was a good room. I put my stuff in there and went to a meeting on Saturday and Saturday evening when I came in I could not get in the room and the hotel cannot get the thing open so I had to wear the same clothes for two days and none of my toiletries or anything were there they give me another room to be in, which was actually my assigned room to start with all of this was due to some cleaning and maintenance. They were doing in the place but still I had wear the same clothes for two days. They did manage to get things taken care of and I got my stuff out on Sunday evening took them to the other room the assigned room that I had on my reservation and spent the night and the only problem I had with that room is that it was not properly cleaned. There was long black hair sticking into the bathtub or the wall in the bathtub and many other things but other than that, I it did what I needed
