Best (only?) condo property on the beach, in Waikiki! Great location, older building, but clean and great views. Stay in a penthouse unit. It is worth the extra space and views. We usually visit 2X per year, but this was our first in 3 years (pandemic).....
Unit was at a great loction. Just steps from the beach, food and entertainment. Beautiful view from the balcony. Kitchen was updated and had all dishes and pans foe cooking needed.
2/4 of wall air units were not working, 1/2 tv's didn't work and only one elevator for entire complex was extremely hard to work with. Guests frequently had to wait for elevator to pass them x2 or x3 to get on.
We booked the penthouse and were notified the night before arrival that we were moved to the 8th floor because of a pipe leak. The room was so old and dirty. There was no communication between me and the manager even though I tried several times to reach out to him. We were not notified the building was under renovations so we had no lobby, and 2 different days where we had no power for an extended period of time. I even reached out to VRBO twice and got no help from there either. Very disappointing for the price I paid.
The unit is on the top floor of the condo building. It is somewhat dated, but clean and the views are unbelievable. There are incredible views to the harbor and skyline and you can watch the sunset from the lanai. From the front entrance there are unobstructed views of Diamond Head and the ocean. There are two bedrooms that can be cordoned off with pull out screens and wall unit ACs in each room. The condo building lobby and entrance was undergoing renovation and so there was only one elevator in use. The unit was less expensive than many in the area, which is centrally located.
