Our cottage has everything you need from a 7-person hot tub to full kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, keurig, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, etc) to three bedrooms (3 Queen beds, 1 Double bed, and one Single bed) with linens and blankets provided. The living room is cozy with a 50" tv, electric fireplace, and the property has high speed internet (100mb/s) and great wi-fi.

Everything was great - Hot tub and fire pit was a bonus …bed was comfy…restful and tranquil- we walked everyday (5min) to the beach to watch the sun set and the nature was lovely- it was a quiet beautiful peaceful Thanksgiving- couple time was perfect! Only one restaurant in town (5min walk) but food was excellent.
Sunset was a Beautiful Blessing 🙏.

Great place to relax

Felt like a home away from home. Extremely well stocked with essentials for cooking. Plenty of linens. The location is wonderful and the hot tub was a huge bonus. Cannot wait to stay again .highly recommended property with great hosts.

Beautiful and cozy property, much more offered than what pictures show!

Had an awesome time with family during our stay, property was more beautiful than pictures, just a short walk to Balm Beach, and owner is cordial with excellent communication.

Great stay!

We had a fantastic long weekend at the cottage. Everything was exactly at described, super clean, great location. Justin was fantastic to work with the whole way through the process and incredibly responsive. We’ll be back for sure!

Amazong weekend in Tiny

We had such a great stay despite a massive snow storm Justin was a fantastic host and super responsive. The cottage was well appointed and cozy. We especially loved the bunkie and the hot tub! It was perfection suited to our needs and we would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an escape just north of Toronto. We are looking forward to booking again in the warmer weather.

Clean and easy! From the moment we made communication Justin was a wonderful host. He constantly checked in on how we were doing or if we had any questions he responded within a half an hour. We went on a winter vacation accessing the hot tub. It was really appreciated that the environment was pet friendly in the kitchen was fully stocked. We drove up during a large snowstorm in December 2025, and the host wanted to make sure that we arrived safely. The extra touches over the holidays with the Christmas tree was welcoming. I would highly recommend this getaway and we will definitely return.

Relaxing Cottage Week

Good location Tiny Township area, with 6mins walk to Balm beach. Lots room in yard for young kids to play. Newly renovated cottage and has all the amenities available. Easy commute to Midland grab groceries and other restaurants.

Balm beach cottage

Amazing property with lots of yard space for family games. Newly renovated so inside was all brand new, bright and clean. Had everything we needed. Only about a 6 minute walk to the beautiful clear water balm beach. Close to the arcade, park and tennis courts. Very private lot which we enjoyed. Host was a pleasure to communicate with and very quick to respond. Had a great time in this beautiful cottage. 😀

Great 5 star holiday

We enjoyed our trip to Balm Beach. The location is great and the cottage was warm and cozy. Was expecting to see a hot tub as pictures showed, but was disappointed it wasn’t there. The picnic table in the backyard is great at hiding 1 of the septic covers. Perhaps these should be painted bright colours to avoid tripping over them at night. We almost did this walking from the fire pit. All-in-all, it we had a great time there. Would recommend this cottage to anyone looking to spend a few days at the beach!

Hi Jeff, so happy you had a great time! The idea to paint the septic tank covers is a really good one and we’ll definitely do that :-) Re the hot tub, the pics of the hot tub weren’t there when you originally booked. That’s the same for anyone that booked up to the end of September. We only just added the pics of the hot tub now (which gets delivered end of September) so that people interested in booking for Fall and Winter know there’ll be a hot tub when they stay. Sorry for any confusion! Thanks for being great guests! :-)

the loveliest little beach house

This cozy little beach house was exactly what we needed to get out of the city for a few days, and enjoy beach life in Tiny! The house itself is impeccably maintained. Very new and clean, with updated decor. Beds are comfy too! We enjoyed the view on the patio of little hummingbirds coming to feast at the beautiful flower gardens. Location wise, the house is perfectly located on a quiet street, a very short walk away from the beach. We also enjoyed that there was a big playground for our kids to run around as well, maybe a 4 minute walk away. The beach also has an arcade, restaurant, ice cream, convenience / beer and liquor store - literally everything you could want for a day at the beach. The hosts are the most accommodating and friendly hosts I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Super quick response time and very thorough.

Charming ,newly renovated cottage

We've had a wonderful time at this newly renovated cottage that ticked all the boxes for us .It was clean, fully equipped, comfortable and conveniently close to the beach. The communication with Jusin, the property manager was always easy, pleasant and very helpful. We are definitely looking forward to spending more summers there.

We now have our very own cottage in Tiny, ON that we can't wait to share with our friends, family, and hopefully you!

This home is very special to us. Laura spent many years with her family at Allenwood and Woodland Beaches and has been coming up to this area since she was 12 years old. The Township of Tiny attracted our attention; the community is wonderful, the beaches are beautiful, and there is so much to do year-round. We purchased this property with the hopes of making it our home one day when we are aged to perfection! We have developed many memories over the years in this beautiful area, and we’re convinced that you will too.

Whether it's summer or winter or anything between, you'll love our newly renovated 4-bedroom cottage (including warm bunkie) with hot tub, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry! It's only a 90 minute drive from Toronto, has a large yard, central cooling and heating, a fire pit with seating around it, two picnic tables, a BBQ, and did we mention a HOT TUB.

It's a 5-10 min walk to Balm Beach, Bingham's Variety & Beer Store/LCBO, Restaurants, Balm Beach Go-Karts & Mini Putting, Tennis Courts, Playgrounds, Paddleboard rentals, and much more!

It's a 5-10 min drive to Balm Beach Golf Club and Brooklea Golf & Country Club, a 10 min drive to Midland (more restaurants, Walmart, Foodland, McDonalds, etc), and 30 mins to Wasaga Beach or Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort!

You'll have no problem keeping busy!
