Heat and AC are 4 separate units to set at temperatures for personal comfort. Ceiling fans with thermostat controls as well. A dedicated workspace, and a full separate dining room to enjoy takeout or your meal prepared in the full kitchen. Enjoy the rich decor of the early 1900 home. The furnishings are mostly vintage, custom-made, and high-quality to enjoy during your stay. Kitchen complete dishes, but also china and crystal if you choose.
Freshly decorated, we offer 2 bedrooms with queen custom-built beds. A luxury mattress, for your comfort and hopefully sweet dreams. Both rooms have walk-in closets. The main bedroom is 18' with a seating area overlooking Midland. A dedicated workspace in a common area. A 19' sunroom equipped with a 43-inch smart TV has various seating to relax or play the electric keyboard provided for your entertainment. A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, all stainless appliances include an INDUCTION stove top & convection oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Coffee percolator or brewed, pressed or fresh ground. The kitchen is ready to use, to cook, heat, or enjoy delivered food.
NOTE- The burners are built-in, and you can't see them even when in use. Invisible cooktops create a magnetic field between the cookware and the hidden burners, heating only the space where the pots sit—not the entire countertop. INDUCTION cooktop.

The patio and privacy-fenced area is for guest use.
The owner is on-site, living on the lower floor and available if needed, while respecting your privacy. I want guests to have the best experience possible. I enjoy conversations with guests. I also respect that guests simply want to enjoy the space and privacy my listing offers.

Centrally located and minutes from the tourist attractions Georgian Bay, Georgian Spirit sightseeing or dinner cruises & amenities that Midland offers, with a variety of restaurants and eateries. Less than a block to Midland Cultural Centre if you book an evening for one of their fabulous concerts, they offer. Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions, close to the Midland Arena for Hockey Moms and the LIttle Lake Park. So much to offer in a quiet and peaceful town.
