This cottage can accommodate up to 8 people. It is ideal for family groups looking for a quiet getaway. Many children's amenities are provided including a crib and toys making it the perfect place for families with kids!

You may also bring one furry friend with you provided you agree to our pet policy and pay the extra cleaning fee for pets.

Georgian Bay is home to the 30,000 islands, and you can take great boat tours from Midland and Penetanguishene. Other area attractions include St Marie Among the Hurons, Martyrs Shine, Wye Marsh Conservation, Georgian Bay National Parks, Discovery Harbour, Awenda Provincial Park, and much more. Close to hundreds of kilometres of wilderness biking or walking trails.

The cottage is situated in Sawlog Bay which is in Tiny Township, ON. It is a beautiful quiet neighbourhood near several beautiful beaches and Awenda Provincial Park.

There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway.

Cottage Rules:

The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 8. Should it be found that there are more than eight people on the property at any given time, you will be asked to leave with no refund. You will be charged for the extra guests.

Absolutely no parties allowed. The Noise-By-Law is in effect 24 hours a day. If we receive a noise complaint, your rental may be terminated. Noise violations fines are $300 in Tiny.

One pet is allowed per group, provided they are fully house trained, will not damage the furniture, will not be left alone in the house and will not be noisy. A $50 pet fee is required for any extra cleaning needed and if any damage is done to the house, the guest will be solely responsible for reimbursement.

Any watercraft on site is to be used at your own discretion. We will not be held liable for any incidents resulting from onsite water equipment use. It is the user's responsibility to be aware of weather conditions, watercraft rules and any local laws associated with the use of the equipment.

Children must be supervised at all times while on the property. By booking with us you accept any and all liability for any incidents that may occur and agree to supervise children at all times.

In compliance with the Tiny Township short-term rental by-law, all renters must sign the short-term rental accommodation code of conduct form as issued by Tiny Township. This document will be sent to you after you've booked.

Campfires: Before you start a fire, it is your responsibility to know if a FIRE BAN is in effect by calling the township.
In order to have a campfire on a property in Tiny, a Fire Permit must be obtained. You will find this permit in the rental binder.
Having a fire during a fire ban or winds over 20 km/h = $180 fine

No smoking inside. Please put all butts into the fireplace pit or specified ashtray.

No animals on the furniture. A $200 fee may be charged to clean up sand, wet dog, hair, etc.

Maximum 8 people at all times (which includes adults and children over the age of 2).

No grease down the drain. Please empty cooking oil and other grease into the compost (we’re on a septic system)

Only toilet paper can be flushed down toilets (we’re on a septic system)

We provide 2 paddle boards that you may use. Please bring your own life saving device and use only at your own risk.

Rental Property should be left in the same condition as originally found. Cleaning supplies are provided in the closet located in the first-floor bathroom. Renters are responsible to:

o Remove all contents brought with you
o All garbage, compost and recycling must be placed in the outdoor garbage carts.
o Put all furniture, small appliances, toys and games, and other cottage contents back in their original position for all rooms
o Put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it before departure
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm-8am daily.

Absolutely no parties allowed.

For guests travelling with infants: Although we provide many children's amenities, including a crib, and toys, the cottage is not fully child-proof and it is your responsibility to ensure their safety at all times.
