All five bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.

The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious, elegantly styled living areas where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two by the firepit accompanied by a BBQ or cheese platter.


THE LOCATION
This home is perfectly located right in the CBD so you can forget your car and walk to the best of what Orange has to offer such as our many award winning restaurants, cafes, boutique shopping, parks, bars and more!

The Train station is a short 2-3 minute walk and Wade Park is only one block away.
Some of our greatest restaurants and pubs such as Charred, Parkview, Canobolas Hotel, Mr Lims, Avido and Alfios are all within walking distance.

At your doorstep are Orange's best vineyards and cellar doors and gold courses all as close as 10 minutes by car.

Other Things to Note:
Firepit: this property has a firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

Interaction with Guests:
I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.
