Thank you for your kind words Nina. Sorry you didn't like the pillows, its definitely a personal preference, we have had people rave about the comfort of the bed and pillows. We do leave you another set which would give you more firmness. We could look at getting a set of firmer pillows. Your stay with us was shorter but when we do have people come in for a longer stay we provide extra sheets and towels. Cheers, Kurt

Hi Chris and Teresa I'm totally perplexed as to a little hard water deposit on a kettle and a toaster that works but you can't press it down firmly enough renders such a low rating. Let me address the issues. Every kettle in Canada whether it is stove top or electric has some kind of hard water deposit on it, we simply have very hard water. It is next to impossible to get rid of it on an on going basis. You requested a new kettle so we went out and bought you a new one and delivered it to the condo. We did have several tea drinkers this summer and not one of them complained. In terms of the toaster I knew it was working as we thoroughly check everything before our guests come in so there are no issues. That being said we did instruct you to turn it upside down and bang on it gently in case there were some crumbs lodged in the area where you press it down. We also asked you to press it down firmly there was no need for me to come out and plug it in and press it down to show you. You said you had to slam it down to get it to work that is a complete exaggeration! When we got to the condo several things were out of place, furniture, couch cushions, rugs, pillows, lids etc. like someone was looking for something. We also found a coffee cup with a tiny chip on the rim with a note inside of it saying boldly "THIS IS UNSAFE" you also were critiquing the toilet operation, the toilet works fine and flushes properly. Just so you know a rating that low can shut down a business and several people run these businesses for their livelihood! Rest assured you didn't damage my business or reputation as it speaks for itself, I'm sure you saw that before you booked with us. I work very hard to make sure our guests have the best experience possible! Nothing is ever perfect! Good luck with your accommodations going forward!
