The open floor plan is inviting for entertaining throughout the living room, kitchen & dining room which extends to the covered patio overlooking the contoured fairways and lush tropical foliage which encompasses the golf course and private pond. The outdoor patio can be accessed from the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom. In the morning, cherish an a’ la carte breakfast and then hop in the golf cart to enjoy a ride around the beautiful Seascape Resort.



The living room features a large flat screen TV with a large family sectional reclining couch and a reclining chair, where you can snuggle up with popcorn to enjoy movies, play games or simply kick back and enjoy the views. The dining room table offers seating for (6) with counter seating for (2). Feel free to dine alfresco on the patio at the table for (4) or in one of (2) chaise loungers or 2 additional chairs.



The kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops, spacious cabinets, pantry & stainless-steel appliances; refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave & dishwasher and offering a Keurig Duo (Keurig & Coffee Maker) for all your brewing pleasures. The kitchen island offers counter seating for (2). Community BBQ charcoal grills (bring your own charcoal) are located throughout the complex.



The Master Bedroom is spacious with serene views of the golf course and a private entrance to the patio. The room features a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, chair, and comfy beach motif bedding. The ensuite bathroom has dual vanities, walk-in glass encased shower, deep soaking tub, private commode, and large walk-in closet. The Guest Master Bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet, and private entrance to the patio. The bathroom is a shared Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a step-in shower/tub combo. The third guest bedroom features a queen bed and twin over twin bunkbed, ceiling fan, closet, and shared Jack-n-Jill bathroom. A large stackable washer and dryer is located in the hallway between the guest bedrooms.



The resort is a gated community with security patrolling the resort. The condo is a self check-in residence with a private entry code to assist in practicing social distancing & allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys. (2) unassigned parking passes are provided with your reservation.
