This home is an instant dose of relaxation, mixed with unparalleled comfort and overall ease, with its bright and light filled interior and exceptional furnishings.
Walking through the front door you will be instantly greeted by the main living room. With a large wall mounted Smart TV to one side and a wood fire place to another this is the ultimate place to settle in and enjoy time with friends and family.
Take the stairs up from here up to the main level where you will find three main bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and additional lounge space.
The contemporary kitchen is full equipped with everything you will need to whip up a feast and be completely comfortable during your time here. The coffee machine will be filled with Brightâs famous Sixpence coffee ready for your morning coffee.
The stunning 3m Marri Wood dining table provides the perfect space to enjoy mealtime together, but your eye will be instantly drawn to the deck with stunning mountain views across the town. The space provides another perfect lounge to settle into and capture the evening sunset.
The property has a beautifully appointed loft with cathedral style ceilings, Smart TV and ample space to relax and unwind.
Enjoy time with friends and family around the peaceful surrounds of the outdoor fit-pit while taking in the sweeping views of the valley and admiring grazing kangaroos during the evenings. Children can enjoy the Springfree Trampoline.
This property is managed on behalf of the owners by Bright Holidays, part of the Dickens Real Estate group.

Loft Bedroomâ 1 x Single 1 x King
*Please note: loft bedroom is upstairs separate from the other 3 bedrooms however the access is an open space with no door to close it off. There is a casual lounge space with a smart TV, books & games.
**Please note: Bedroom 2 & loft bedroom - King beds can be split into singles. Additional fee of $50 per bed applies and this MUST be requested at time of booking.
BATHROOMS
Ensuite bathroom in bedroom 1 with walk in shower. Main bathroom consists of a large bath, walk in shower and a separate toilet.
KITCHEN & DINING
The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a feast and be completely comfortable during your time here. Complete with De Longhi coffee machine and a dishwasher to make cleaning up easy. Dining seating for 10 to ensure comfort all round.
LOUNGEROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
Smart TV's in both the loungeroom and the loft. WIFI is available.
HEATING & COOLING
This property has exceptional heating and cooling options with a wood fire in the main living space, and central heating and cooling throughout. *Please note this property does NOT supply firewood. If you wish to use the fireplace you will need to purchase your own. Firewood & supplies can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.
LAUNDRY
Access to the laundry is from the door outside in the backyard.
