This beautiful estate is located between the Little Harpeth River and Harpeth Hills Golf Course. This estate will give you the privacy and quiet you are looking for while still being just a short drive of about 12 miles to downtown. This home has everything you will need to entertain and host your family. With flexible sleeping arrangements, multiple living rooms, a game room, and a huge yard, there is something for everyone to do!

As you enter through the front door, you will be greeted by a sitting room on your right and a formal dining room on your left. As you walk through the breezeway, you will enter into the main attraction of the house for the adults, which is an open-concept living room and kitchen. This area has a door to the outdoor living area, which creates a nice flow between the two spaces. Just down the hallway, you will find the main attraction for the children, the game room! This game room comes complete with two TVs with game consoles, a hotshot basketball hoop, an air hockey table, and a ping pong table. Additionally, this room has 4 bunk beds and a pullout queen couch!
