The Hilltop Hideaway by ABOVE Vacation Residences is NEW and located in the very popular Franklin area and only short drive to Nashville. This house was built in 2022 with peace and serenity in mind. There are two full wings that would allow your group plenty of space to relax. Come together in the middle to enjoy the amazing outdoor space with lounge area, sunken firepit and a spool (think plunge pool that can either be heated or left cool depending on the season). There is a separate basement to allow for yet another space for your group to enjoy separate spaces.

Feel free to get a little work done in the office, or we can set up the Murphy bed for your group. The entire property is designed in relaxing and luxury neutral materials. This property would be a beautiful location for a small wedding or event. Let our team help with the planning! Additional fees may apply, and all guests must be pre-approved. A full guest list will be required.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.

No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.
