Great Place to Stay

We loved the bunk beds giving all the kids a place to stay without having to get a huge house! There were 7 of us. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The whole place was clean. The washer and dryer worked well. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets to snuggle up with. We would stay here again if in the area.

Not too shabby

Cleanliness was not the greatest but overall not a bad place to go and close to a lot of the attractions so didn’t have to travel far.

Fantastic location

We absolutely loved the location of this property. It was nice and quiet; away from the main attractions, yet close enough to be there in minutes. The room configurations were great for our group of ten. The amenities offered were nice as well. My only concern was the cleanliness. The walls were filthy, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The middle bedroom had chocolatey or bloody finger prints in several spots, and both of the toilets had black rings at the water line. The floor in the kitchen / dining area also was fairly damaged and needs replaced. Everything else was truly great. The beds and couch were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice, and the view from the patio was incredible.

Great condo and location

This property was decorated beautifully. The pool is close and was amazing. The beds and couch were SUPER comfortable. When we arrived we tried everything and couldn't get the TV's connected to the internet so we called the contact person and she arrived quickly and got it straightened out. I wish their was a tv in the master bedroom but we made due without it. The only complaint we had about the property were the people upstairs. The children must have been practicing their gymnastics from about 6:30 am until 11 every night. I hope they finally mastered those moves and nobody else has to hear it. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Great location but very dirty

The condo was in a great location not far from most things and had a pretty good view from the balcony. Beds were fairly comfortable and space was decent for a family. Unfortunately, those are the only good things about this condo. When we arrived it was very dirty…thick dust covering everything, floors haven’t been cleaned around/under couch or beds in quite a while with all sorts of trash, an old face mask, candy, etc underneath, baseboards dirty, walls dirty with splatters of brown something in one bathroom, toilet paper holder coming out of the wall in the other, bathroom rug did not appear to have been washed before our stay, white bedding is worn with hole in the king sheets and the comforter is either stained or not washed after each stay because the top edges where you pull it up are brownish, blanket we pulled out of the top of the closet appeared dirty. There are also several white stains on the bench at the end of the bed that are suspect. There are no glass dishes other than some glasses and mugs and several of the plastic bowls are peeling. Probably not a big deal for people eating out most of the time but we were there for 10 days and cooked at the condo several times. There are no curtains in the living room so when the sun rises in the morning it is blinding for a couple of hours. Also, this is a 3 story condo building and there is no sound barrier between the floors. It sounded like a herd of elephants stomping around above us. Potential to be great if clean!

Ants and no parking.

We had ants in our condo (there were even ants in the master bedroom bed). When I called the owner to ask for help with this problem she was rude and sounded as if she were angry at me. The owner did take care of the problem quickly and supplied ant traps instead of the spray she said she would have Jennifer bring over to spray the ants with (we had five small children and I sure didn’t want them to be exposed to ant spray/poison). I am sure it was frustrating to the owner that there were ants in her condo, but she might want to remember that those renting her condo are on vacation and paying for a clean ant free place to stay. The property was nice other than the ants, but it definitely could use more pots and pans and dishes. **Parking was a problem. There are not enough parking spaces per unit. We had to park our cars about a block away and walk to our condo with five small children. ***Another thing that needs to be noted is that there are three levels and you can hear every step the people above you are making. It sounded as if the people above us were stomping, but I realized it was just that there was not a sound barrier between floors when the people below us complained to us that we were stomping when we were simply walking.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with ants in the home. After notifying us of the ant problem in the home, we immediately offered to have the home sprayed until pest control could make it to the property. Since you did not want the spray sent to the home we sent traps instead. We strive in providing a 5-star experience to our guests and advised you that traps would not be as effective or efficient as the spray but we offered it per your suggestion to resolve your concerns. - There are multiple condo buildings that have access to the parking area. The parking lot is also under construction and we advised you of alternative parking options that are available to guests when they visit. We will have the listing updated with the construction information to prevent confusion with future guests. We go above and beyond for our guests and we are confident future guests will have excellent stays!

Beautiful Condos - Parking Nightmare

We stayed for a family weekend getaway for 4 adults and 3 kids. The condo is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable - even the bunk beds. There was ample space for everyone without it feeling crowded. It was clean for the most part. The negatives - the keurig did not work, the toilet paper holder in the main bathroom kept falling off of the wall, and the parking was horrible. In the description it says no more than 2 cars per unit when there’s really only one room per unit. Those staying there had no choice but to park in the muddy grass, in the fire lane and even partially blocking the entrance.

At the time of your visit, it was the busiest week of the year, there were parking restrictions for a short duration. The parking near the property is sporadic and unpredictable, but we're sorry it impacted your experience. We do know the parking is being expanded to help alleviate the overflow of parking during seasonal times -We are very sorry about your experience with the Keurig. We were not notified by your group about any issues regarding the home and did not receive any communication about the Keurig concerns until after your stay -We inspected the Keurig and found no issue to resolve. It is working properly and shouldn't be a concern for future guests We appreciate your feedback, and we are confident that future guests will continue to enjoy five-star stays here!

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were nice. Parking was definitely challenging. The condo was not very clean at check in. The shower curtain was pretty nasty, black under the toilet rims, dusty furniture and floors.

Beautiful property well taken care of. Condo was beautiful and spacious. It was a girls shopping trip and it's minutes away from everything. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Pleasant Stay

We traveled in for a volleyball tournament and opted to stay in a condo rather than hotel. We were very pleased with the condo. The location was great, fairly new and it was so nicely decorated. It made you feel at home - away from home. The only things I would say negatively about our experience is it could be cleaned a little better. I was plugging my charger in by the couch and there was a lot of dirt and some candy in the floor. Also, you can hear everything going on with the people above you, which made me nervous because I knew the people below us probably thought we were stomping around when we were just walking. But, just walking was very loud. Overall we all loved the condo. The pool area is very nice, we found parking to be fine and ample amount of dishes to feed our party of 10! I come to Branson frequently and will keep this place on my radar to return to!
