Inside, the heart of the home is the kitchen, where granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and counter seating for four make meal prep a breeze. Whether you're brewing your favorite coffee at the drip and Keurig coffee station or gathering around the dining table for six, every meal feels special in this beautifully designed space.



At the end of a day filled with endless activities, unwind in the living room lined with large windows that fill the space with natural light, a cozy sofa and two armchairs, and a mounted smart TV. After a day of adventure, enjoy a family game night with the board games provided or simply relax in the inviting ambiance. This home comfortably sleeps 11 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3, located in the loft, includes a queen-size bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, a twin trundle, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is an upstairs unit with 18 stair steps required.

• Street and lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Portable crib available.

• The community outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
