Located in the luxurious StoneBridge Village, this home provides guests with access to awesome onsite amenities, plus seamless access to Branson’s top attractions. Step inside and you will be welcomed with homey interiors which instantly put guests at ease. The living room is inviting with ample seating for your entire group, plus a smart tv for streaming movies and a gas fireplace to make it all the more cozy. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for convenient cooking at home with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and toaster. Right outside, you also have access to an awesome BBQ area with grills and picnic tables. Open air dining with beautiful Branson views will be a highlight of the trip, plus you have ample dining space to make use of back inside.



This home sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.



Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. There is also a baby crib provided in this room.



Bedroom #3 has 2 queen size beds and a tv.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a ground-level unit, however there are 3 steps up to access the front door.

- Parking at The Rest Nest is available for 2 vehicles in the front. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

- On the day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 2 dog, 35 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Washer and dryer in unit available for guest use.

- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
