Welcome to Muskoka Cottage Retreat, Hidden, Valley Algonquin. This Modern Cottage is new custom built and is Exclusive for Families and Mature Groups. With 5,000 square feet of stylishly designed interior living space, this property is complemented by being positioned amongst luscious trees leading to a tranquil environment. A massive rear deck off the main level of the Cottage features a BBQ and outdoor dining. The property has a Muskoka Room where you can curl up with a book, enjoy the space that brings the outdoors in or gather the family and friends when the day turns to night and bask in the surroundings.

**10 minutes away is Hidden Valley Ski Slopes & Snowboard Area. In addition, you will be close to Snowmobile, and Snowshoe Trails.

**10 minutes away are Biking, Hiking, Golf Courses, Rock Climbing, Horseback Riding, Local Microbreweries, and enjoy Wildlife Sightings.

**WINTER: We welcome guest into the Cottage for Skiing, Sledding, Ice Fishing, Snowmobiling, Snowshoeing, Fat Biking, Ice Skating and other Winter Activities. Guest can delight themselves by relaxing by the great big fireplace when in season located in the centre of the main floor.

**PROPERTY: The Great Room has high ceilings which features an impressive Timber Wood Faux Beam, and at its centre is a Fireplace that commands the room followed with tall windows which brings in plenty of natural light to the Cottage. A spacious modern Kitchen is fully stocked which offers plenty of prepping and cooking space, with a central island that features a small sink. A larger farm style sink is located on the counter that has a window that looks outside the Cottage. There is large Laundry/Pantry area that features a washer, dryer, and another sink. The main level also features a massive Office to work and enjoy your vacation and additional sleeping if needed.

For those with MOBILITY concerns there are Two Bedrooms on the main floor, one of which is the Primary Bedroom that has a king bed, a walk-in closet, and en suite with a soaker tub, stand up shower and double sinks. While the second-floor features a Loft overlooking the great room, with plenty of space to lunge, a full bathroom, and Two Bedrooms. On the Lower Level you will find an additional Two Bedrooms. The space also has another full bathroom, recreation and game area. Off the kitchen the Muskoka Room provides for additional space to take in the indoor and outdoor that blends into nature surroundings. Off the Muskoka Room and kitchen leads to an impressive large Deck to enjoy outdoor dining and BBQ.

By booking this property the primary guest must complete a pre check-in rental information form on behalf of the group where you will be asked to provide ages of all guests, full guest list, names, address, employer of the primary guest and a Photo ID of the primary guest etc. We are seeking mature guests only and those who will be responsible.

Unregistered guests will lead to immediate removal of all guests from property and loss of deposit and without a refund.

WINTER DRIVING: During the winter months all guests visiting MUST have all wheel drive and or snow tires on their vehicle. We are not responsible for the any issues with ice and snow on the driveway or on the road itself. We have had snow in October through to May on occasion. We have a well ploughed road after 5 inches of snow or so, but conditions cannot be guaranteed. Winter weather can be unpredictable in Muskoka please be prepared to shovel or use snowblower if needed. The levels of snow vary greatly from the city. L Number. 2025-163
