With 8 bedrooms, +47 acres of property and a private lake, there’s plenty to enjoy and entertainment for everyone. It’s safe to say memories are made here. We look forward to hosting you in the beautiful Lake of Bays, part of Ontario’s sought-after Cottage Country. The cottage sleeps 16 adults comfortable in beds ** PARTIES/WEDDINGS,COMMERCIAL GATHERINGS, DAY GUESTS,OVER-FLOW OF GUESTS FROM OTHER COTTAGES & 3RD PARTY RENTALS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!** We reserve the right to terminate the booking if any of the above rules are violated. This property is beyond beautiful, inside and out. Impeccably decorated and beyond perfectly appointed. Equipped with every possible thing you could need. 5/5We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! Our group of seven couples spent three nights here and had an amazing time. The property is stunning — with so many great features including comfortable seating areas, cozy fireplaces, kayaking, outdoor fire pits, scenic trails, and countless other amenities that made our stay so enjoyable.A special thank-you to our host Indy and the maintenance person Andy — both were excellent, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. Their attention and hospitality really made a difference.We truly enjoyed every moment and are already looking forward to returning in the future!

The property and the views are absolutely stunning. Kitchen was fully stocked. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Our pets felt welcome and the lake was pristine. Loved utilizing the paddle boats and kayaks and simply enjoying the view from the dock. Everything we wanted for was available including a theatre screen to watch the Jays game :) The best part was the customer service (thank you, Indy!!); big shoutout to Andrew who came by and helped us learn our way around the sound system (which is fantastic!). We thoroughly enjoyed using the fire pit and hot tub. All in all….a perfect stay

Our family of 16 had a fantastic stay at this private oasis. The home is absolutely beautiful and has every amenity you would ever need. We had a wonderful week for paddleboarding, kayaking and boating on this private lake. The 10 person hot tub was certainly a plus for our large family as was the movie theater. We also loved all the outdoor spaces for dining and gathering with family. Indy and Jason were the perfect hosts and readily available to our every need! We highly recommend renting this home. Thank you Indy and Jason!

We are unanimous in voting this house and setting as an ideal solution for gathering together 4 generations of our family. For the great grandparents they were comfortable inside - ground floor bedroom and outside as they could easily access the beach and dock by car. For the toddlers there were quiet places to sleep and safe places to play under watchful eyes. Everyone in between enjoyed water and land sports, nature hikes, campfires, puzzles, talent show and cooking together. Thanks for the great memories !

Lakeside Oasis

Our family had a wonderful 15 person reunion at this magnificent property. Fully equipped with top drawer amenities and everything you need for fun on the nearly private lake, or for indoor activities. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic getaway to enjoy Algonquin park

We stayed here for a long weekend and this place is fantastic. Besides all the luxurious items, we were especially impressed with owner's thoughtness to include Keurig coffee maker and drinking water dispenser. Small stuff counts! Thank you!

Great place for a family reunion

We were 10 people and the house and all the amenities easily accommodated all our needs. There is nothing that the house lacks. The adjoining small lake is private and serene. The dock and all the water toys provided everything we were looking for. Indy is a great host. This is an exceptional property.

Perfect winter retreat

What a perfect place for a family reunion. We were 15 in our group 4 different families and there was lots of space in the home. The large property was perfect for sliding and snowmobiling with the kids never needing to leave to do other activities. Great communication with the managers and ready to help at anytime. Also a great place to see wildlife. We saw deer, turkey and wolves daily from the high vantage point of the kitchen. Great trip!!

60th Anniversary Celebration

My brothers and I rented this property for our families to celebrate our parents 60th anniversary...15 people ages 4-84, plus two dogs. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay; perfect place for our celebration with our families. Indy and Andrew were fabulous hosts, truly interested in us having the best possible vacation. The pictures in the listing are very accurate, the place immaculately kept and very well stocked. Having our own lake and acres to explore only added to the fun. Thank you for the great memories!

Dream Lake Cottage

I can't say enough about how amazing this property is! From the house to the private lake everything was perfect. My family couldn't stop raving about our stay. We used the kayaks, canoe, and paddle boards every single day. The house had all the cookware and spices to support every one of our planned meals. Communications with our host, Indy, was great. She was helpful and quick to reply when we had questions. Could not have asked for a better experience. Already trying to plan a return trip here...Thanks!!

Beautiful Oct Weekend

We had an amazing thanksgiving weekend! Our stay included our family and extended family ranging from age 5 to 78. The property inside and outside are beyond their photos. We were more impressed than the listing. The landscape is excellent and we were outdoors as much as we could. We loved having drinks and appetizers in various conversation areas of the house. The space, ambience, cleanliness was perfect for our wide age range. We played golf at Deerhurst which is very close by. We had a relaxing time catching up on quality family time!

A Magical Place

I can't say enough about this incredible property. Not only was it spacious and beautifully decorated, it also had a perfectly functioning array of high-quality equipment and amenities. The kitchen was better stocked than my own at home; the dishwasher and refrigerators were commercial grade; the hot tub big enough for 10 people and spotlessly clean. The beds and linens were comfortable, the towels plentiful and like new. Outdoor area was jaw-droppingly spectacular -- a private lake on nearly 50 acres, with a huge pond and comfy Muskoka chairs and umbrellas scattered all over the property and at the beach (where there were numerous watercraft for us to use) The lighting outside at night was simply magical. This is by far the nicest place our group has ever stayed, and we would do so again in a hearbeat. Top it off with Indy, our host, being thoughtful, welcoming and generous with her time -- quick to respond to any questions and requests we had with kindness. This place is an 11 out of 10. Thank you for having us! Can't wait to come back and use the huge fire pit next time!

Familymoon vacation

After our wedding, we brought our family - kids, spouses, grandchildren and dogs to this property for our familymoon. This included ages from 46 to 1 1/2 years old. The host was super helpful upon check-in and there was information and instructions in the binder in the kitchen for reference. The house and property were immaculate. The multiple kayaks, paddle boards, and boats were perfect for our family to enjoy. We had many volleyball games on the outdoor beach court. The lake was beautiful and perfect size. There were lots of activities inside the house even though we never had a rainy day. Everyone had their own space when needed as well. The screened in fire pit in the basement was very appreciated (kept the mosquitoes away!). The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, coffee maker - no need to bring anything! The industrial fridge gave us the opportunity to bring food for the entire week (12 mouths in total!), not requiring us to go to the grocery store. An added touch was the fact that we could do laundry as needed. Only a 15 minute drive to Huntsville and lots of walking trails. All in all, we highly recommend this location. It was a wonderful stay!!

It can host up to 16 guests comfortably( sleeps 18 in beds incl kids) and there are many areas to gather/entertain/ relax for all age groups, without getting on top of each other! :) Lots of privacy, 47 acres to hike or trail-walk, enjoy nature at its best. Private swimmable lake is excellent for canoeing, kayaking and just chilling with your family. ( Motorized water crafts are prohibited in our private lake) Public dock and boat launch for Lake of Bays is a 3 minute drive from the cottage.
