Snug Harbor 124 Gulf Front three bedroom exclusive vacation rental

Snug Harbor 124 is a beautiful direct gulf front three bedroom vacation rental condominium on Sanibel Island, Florida. Our vacation condo features over 1500 sq ft of space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We recently updated the flooring and most of the appliances. We know you'll love the smaller complex Snug Harbor has to offer as well as the East End location near the world famous Sanibel Lighthouse. With bike paths just out front of the complex, you can park and hop on a bike to get around the Island and explore to your hearts desire. Our condo has a very spacious living room, dining area and full kitchen with everything you need for a month or longer stay. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and another with two twin beds. Just outside the queen bedroom is a guest bathroom, easily accessible to the living area and the guest bedrooms. The master bedroom suite is up front closest to the beach and complete with a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. With the screened lanai encompassing the entire front of the condo, you have seemingly endless views out to the Gulf of Mexico. On-site amenities at Snug Harbor include a heated pool, tennis court, elevator and gas BBQ grill. Monthly minimum stay required.

**As you know, Hurricane Ian devastated many homes on Sanibel.  Snug Harbor fortunately survived intact and most units only had very minor damage.  The pool is working, internet and TV service is running, and the boardwalk to the beach is in perfect condition.  The one area awaiting restoration is the storage unit on the ground level.  Building elevator may not be operational.  Unit #124 is in great shape!**
