The main level features an open floor plan including a large living room, dining area and full kitchen with hardwood floors and lots of windows for natural light. The fully functional and well equipped kitchen has a gas stove, large refrigerator and dishwasher as well as a large island to prepare food and gather. A full bathroom with shower and laundry closet completes the first floor.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms ; 2 with Queen bed and 1 with a Full bed. All bedrooms have either a mini split or window for air conditioning. Additionally there is a Futon in the living room for extra sleeping if needed. The shady back yard here is so inviting with a 24x14 deck with outdoor dining furniture, gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower, firepit and a grassy fenced in yard - its a perfect spot to hang out after the beach and in the evenings.

The "neighborhood only" beach is very close by. Bring your beach toys and chairs! Mattapoisett is a hidden gem with its own public beach, local restaurants and beautiful bike path, The Mattapoisett Rail Trail. Be sure to picnic at Ned's Point Lighthouse and take in its beautiful scenery. Lots to see in the adjacent towns of Marion and Wareham, including the Cape Cod Canal. The Bourne Bridge to Cape Cod is less than 30 minutes by car. The New Bedford waterfront and historical Whaling Museum is roughly17 minutes by car. **** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
