Perfect Spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Walk to beach. Close to swimming pool and 3 hot tubs. The back porch was lovely to sit out on especially in the evening. The unit could do with a bit of TLC and in the bathrooms it would be nice to have shampoo conditioner and body wash provided. Otherwise we would definitely stay there again.

40 years at Sandpiper

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been coming to Sandpiper for about 40 years. This unit was the least maintained we have ever stayed in. We requested a unit with a washer and dryer but found an ‘out of order’ sign on it when we needed it. We were traveling with two babies and other washer and dryer was much needed. Also the fence in the back was overgrown with poison ivy. Very bad situation. Overall we love Sandpiper and hope to enjoy it again.

The kids enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the pool. They have restaurants on site. I highly recommend staying here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay. We were there to play baseball but were able to utilize the pool and beach when we were not at the baseball field. Folks were very nice at check in And room was very clean. Kitchen was well supplied. Could have used more towels. Disappointed that there was no fitness center. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Property description was accurate. I just assumed there would be a fitness center.
