Située dans un beau quartier au bord de la montagne, notre charmante maison d'hÎtes est un endroit parfait pour les personnes visitant la région pour affaires ou pour le plaisir. Il est situé au centre avec un accÚs facile à l'autoroute et aux centres commerciaux. La maison d'hÎtes dispose d'une entrée privée et d'une cour arriÚre avec foyer et bbcue.
Internet et le cĂąble sont offerts gratuitement.
Nous avons de nombreux événements intéressants, comme la compétition de golf pga, la vente aux enchÚres de voitures, l'entraßnement de printemps, des concerts. Etc. Le temps est fantastique la plupart du temps. Vous allez vraiment adorer votre séjour ici.

Cozy and Comfortable Little House

This is the cutest little guest house. The host communicated so well that I felt very comfortable when I arrived. The place was well equipped with everything that you need. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure they you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. Cleanliness is very important, and the place was very clean. It was definitely a space you can enjoy hanging out in!

Daniel and Rosemarie’s guest house was the perfect spot for my visit to Phoenix. It has easy access to the highways and the house is perfect for up to 4 guests. The house had all the amenities you would need for a visit. The kitchen and bathroom were very up to date.

This guest home was perfect for my family of 4. We had privacy, more service than we anticipated from the owners and the location was perfect for us as we wanted to be near mountains for some walking/hiking. Our hosts, Daniel and Rosemarie were wonderful to us and even more wonderful to our young children, we felt safe and that all of our needs were met. I would highly recommend this home as it was clean, modern and had all the bells and whistles. Again, the hosts truly made our stay pleasant and would definitely return and recommend this home to our friends. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Above my Expectations!

I traveled to Phoenix from Houston to watch a high school basketball tournament over the Christmas break. Prior to booking this home, I spent time researching whether to stay in a hotel or rent through VRBO. I am so glad that I found Daniel and Rosemarie’s guesthouse. It is the PERFECT blend of the BEST things hotels and rentals offer. We had the spaciousness and convenience of a home with a wonderful modern kitchen and living room with a large television and sofa and a huge bathroom with laundry (I also liked that the bathroom was not attached to either bedroom - making it feel more private). Unlike some other rentals, this guest house was stocked with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The food in the pantry and refrigerator was so nice to have and complemented the additional items we purchased once we went to the grocery store. The extra shampoo and hand lotion and Body wash were such nice touches. This guest house was perfectly situated right off HWY 51 making it easy for us to get to Tempe, Airport, downtown Phoenix and the Scottsdale area. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet. We walked the trails in the mornings into the mountain preserve which was just steps away. A sliding glass door opened from the living room onto a small private patio area from where we enjoyed watching the sun set. When it was time to leave, there wasn’t a long list of chores the owners required us to do. We weren’t asked to strip beds or wash towels or sweep the floor which was great because we had to leave at 4:30am to catch a flight. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful, and thank you for the Christmas Gifts. Even though Daniel and Rosemarie were traveling for the holidays, they left us Christmas presents and let us check in early. Their wonderful neighbors met us at the home when our flight arrived and walked us through the guest house answering all our questions. It was a great week and I hope to come back soon!

Great little property in Phoenix! Nicely appointed with everything you need to be comfortable. Really appreciated the touch points by Daniel before and during our stay to ensure we were situated with the property. Well stocked kitchen with basic staples in the fridge and cupboards for us! Hidden treasure in NE Phoenix

Beautifully decorated two bedroom place, outfitted with great amenities (big TV, espresso machine, etc.) Warm, friendly hosts, who were very accommodating. I recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This is THE PLACE for you!!!

This place is truly an oasis in the hills of Phoenix , AZ! Daniel and Rosemarie are outstanding hosts who will provide you with a safe, beautiful place to stay at a very reasonable price. They are so thoughtful in the way they prepare for your stay even down to stocking the fridge with a few items prior to your arrival (i.e. milk, juice, water, butter, etc.) The rental comes with King sized beds; a gorgeous kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, marble countertops and wonderful dishes and cooking utensils; a stunning bathroom with double sinks; quiet modern washer and dryer; a large flat screen TV with access to numerous cable stations as well as streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney, HBO Max, and Amazon prime video. It also comes with a relaxing patio and a gas grill. ALL of this is in a quiet neighborhood, yet just less than fifteen minutes away from Wal Mart, Target, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, a Mall, and a wide selection of restaurants. Whether for a couple of days or a couple of weeks, do not miss out on this one!! Thank you Daniel and Rosemarie for everything!!!

Felt Like Home

I just wanted to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was really great. The house is exactly as pictured and the owners are fantastic. They thought of everything even provided items in the fridge for us. Great outdoor patio space and also awesome water pressure in the shower! We would definitely stay again.

Just what we needed

Pictures are up to date. This is a lovely two bedroom with one bathroom, (two sinks!), a nice washer and dryer, full kitchen, and patio with a gas grill. It was stocked with some food items and cleaning supplies. The owners live on the other side of the duplex and were very available by phone if we needed anything. They were happy to assist me with a package that arrived prior to our arrival. Such joyful and conscientious people. No hesitation to stay there again.

A pleasant surprise!!!

We booked this rental at the last minute. For some reason, the address that we had picked initially was not this address. This must have been a glitch in VRBO's system because we had double checked before we submitted the payment online. We had some initial apprehensions but boy, did we luck out!! First of all, this rental is in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The place is immaculate, well furnished and beautiful. There is nothing that we needed that we did not find there. The kitchen and the bathroom were stocked with everything one could possibly need during a trip. The owners were very nice and friendly people; attentive but not overly so. They gave us our space but were there if we needed them. What really blew us away was how sweet and thoughtful they were. We had come to Arizona to be with our daughter who just had a baby and the owners took time out to get us a gift for the baby!! THAT is hands down the sweetest thing they could have done. We will definitely rent this place again when we come back to Arizona. Thanks so much, Daniel and Rosemarie!!

Cut Short by Covid-19

Nice property just a few miles west of Scottsdale. Super friendly and accommodating hosts who live in the other half of the property. Quiet and private including your own patio. Very well provisioned. We left for home five days early due to the Coronavirus. VRBO has chosen not to do refunds like AirbNb has. Host offered us five free nights in the future which was appreciated.

Excellent facilities, charming hosts. Kitchen was generously well stocked. Far better than any rental unit we have experienced. Disappointed that we weren't able to see the surrounding mountains from our cottage. View was entirely blocked by tall foliage. Neighborhood is crowded and neighbor's dog barked all day long.

Great place to stay

I love this property! It is immaculate and well-provisioned. Daniel and Rosemary went out of their way to meet my needs. It is in a nice neighborhood. I discovered a hiking trail 1.5 blocks away for a walk up a mountain. This is a great place.

AMAZING!

I cannot say enough about this clean, cute little place... My 69 year old mother and I were in town to visit my cousins new-born baby and we wanted to stay close by her place and we stumbled upon this! It FOR SURE Exceeded my expectations! Daniel & Rosemarie left several grocery items that were high end and yummy! The place was spotless... Bedding was lovely... Bathroom was amazing! Soaps, Lotions, Shampoos! WOW.... I wouldn't have packed all mine had I known ;) HaHaHa! Thank you Daniel & Rosemarie for one of my most enjoyable VRBO Experiences!

Beautiful property which is well located in the Phoenix area.

Four of us were in Phoenix for a concert which was downtown. This property was in a great location. It was very easy to get to the airport, downtown and Old Town Scottsdale. Daniel and Rosemarie were the perfect hosts. They personally greeted us, which was great and it gave us an opportunity to ask questions. The place is beautifully decorated, very clean and stocked with all the necessities in the bathroom. We were also pleasantly surprised to find many items in the refrigerator and cupboards for our use. We couldn’t have been more pleased with this VRBO. Perfect size for a couple and wonderful location, minutes from multiple hiking trails in the desert. Daniel and his doggies were perfect hosts, we were only sorry we never got to meet Rosemarie! We would love to stay here again.

The property was perfect for us and very well kept. We were greeted by Daniel upon arrival and shown around. He and Rosemarie were very helpful with planning daily excursions and so friendly, we will stay here again on our next trip to the area. Beautiful modern guest house

We were delighted with this beautiful guest house. We were greeted by Daniel on our arrival and every effort was made to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were modern, thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the laundry area a welcome site after two weeks of traveling. Daniel and Rosemarie were charming hosts and even provided some initial coffee, cream and small breakfast items for us eliminating a need to shop on arrival. The patio area in back was private and allowed us a place to enjoy morning coffee and evening glasses of wine when the sun was not as hot. We have rented several times through Home Away and this guest house did not disappoint us! We would love to stay here again ourselves and recommend this house to anyone looking for a site in the Phoenix area.

HEAVENLY GET AWAY!

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I USED VRBO AND I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY CHOICE. DANIEL WAS INFORMATIVE AND COURTEOUS. ALTHOUGH, WE DIDN'T MEET HIS WIFE, SHE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE BY PLACING A FEW ITEMS IN THE FRIDGE AND HAD ALL THE MUST HAVE ITEMS IN THE KITCHEN. THE PLACE WAS IMPECCABLY CLEAN. THE HOME IS VERY WELL KEPT UP AND THE DECORATIONS AND SMALL TOUCHES ARE WARM AND COMFORTABLE. YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR RIGHT AT HOME. THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS PEACEFUL AND SO QUIET. THE AREA HAS A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS AND IN THE EARLY MORNINGS YOU CAN SIT OUTSIDE IN THE PATIO AND LISTEN TO THE BIRDS CHIRPING. WE LOOK FORWARD TO GOING BACK ON OUR NEXT VISIT. I’m a single mom to two teens and a rescue poodle mix named Pickles. I work in fintech and play pickleball (since 2018!), love ping-pong, and enjoy exploring local restaurants, hiking spots, and hidden gems I can share with guests.

Hosting comes naturally to me — I’ve stayed in homes all over the world and now host three properties of my own. I care deeply about being a considerate, communicative host and a respectful guest when I travel. My goal is always to make your stay easy, comfortable, and memorable.

I actually fell in love with the home first — and then discovered I’d landed in one of my favorite pockets of Phoenix. What started as an emotional connection to the space turned into a love for the entire neighborhood. My favorite taco spot (El Super Taco) is just around the corner, along with fun dive bars, great restaurants, and quick access to the venues where I watch comedians, musicians, and local events.

I also appreciate being so close to the 51 and 101 freeways, grocery stores, and my gym — everything I need is just minutes away. And as a bonus, there’s a beautiful little hiking trail only a 3-minute walk from my front door. It’s become one of my favorite parts of living here.

The Spicy Cactus is special because it blends intentional design, comfort, and character with a relaxed, welcoming desert vibe. A close friend who is a designer helped bring my vision to life — clean lines, thoughtful touches, and a curated feel without being fussy. Most guests are pleasantly surprised by how calming and comfortable the space feels the moment they walk in.

The casita sits just steps from a neighborhood hiking trail, surrounded by cactus-filled views and tucked into a quiet corner of a centrally located community. I’ve added small conveniences throughout — from cozy outdoor seating to well-stocked essentials — so guests can settle in easily and feel at home quickly.

It’s a space created with heart, lived-in joy, and the spirit of sharing my favorite part of Phoenix with visitors.
