This beautifully updated, bright and spacious 3 bedroom beach front condo is located at Sandcastle I, one of the three most popular beach front vacation buildings in Indian Shores. The amenities at this well maintained property are endless! The community features a beautiful large pool deck with loungers, direct waterfront heated pool and a hot tub. A nice BBQ area beach side with two Gas grills and a charcoal grill with tables are available for our tenants’ use.

The large living/dining area is newly furnished and features a large 55” Smart TV, with over 70 Cable Channels in addition to Internet Radio, YouTube, a Blue-Ray DVD player and speakers. Large sliding doors open up to the beach front balcony, perfect to enjoy our breathtaking Florida West Coast sunsets. The dining area comfortably seats 6 with a large table. The fully equipped open kitchen comes with gorgeous granite counter tops, wooden cabinets and state-of-the-art appliances to prepare delicious meals for the family. The main bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and sliders that open up to the beach front balcony as well. The 2nd bedroom features 2 queen size beds, the 3rd bedroom has 1 queen size beds. All bedrooms have good size flat screen TVs. One of the updated bathrooms has a tub/shower combo, the other one comes with a walk in shower.
