This cozy 2 bedroom cottage is situated directly on the St Lawrence Seaway. Enjoy stunning views of endless ships passing by. Fantastic swimming with direct, private water access. World class fishing is right in your backyard. Sit and enjoy the views in a 10 by 25 foot screened in porch or on the 1400 square foot patio that leads to a 6 by 20 foot pile driven dock. Walking distance to 2 local restaurants-The Blue Anchor waterfront bar & grill-Sheep’s Head Bistro.

There is a local park with tennis courts, soccer fields and paved walking trail within walking distance.
Gas station, convince store and church within walking distance.
Most restaurants deliver from Cornwall.
We have installed a propane fire pit-you can bring your own propane tank or we will supply one for you at a minimal cost.

Perfect and Peaceful

Very Lovely Cottage

Everything about this place was excellent. It was very well laid out with comfortable seating inside & outside. Very well equipped & immaculately clean. Our favourite place was the large screened in porch where we could sip coffee & enjoy the beautiful view of the St. Lawrence. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Loved our experience here

Nice and clean place with beautiful water front view. We enjoyed watching a movie with the fire stick on tv, sunset on the St. Lawrence river and the fire pit in the big backyard. Communication with the owner was easy and everything was as described on the website. We would definitely recommend this place.

Clean and Comfortable Cottage

We were impressed at the clean and comfortable cottage, it was well stocked and welcoming. The deck and dock along with screened in porch were great ways to enjoy the view and water. The only suggestion would be more lighting on deck for evenings. We are excited to book another visit.

What a delightful location and setup! Thank you very much for having everything well planned, set out, laid out, and functional. We loved using the deck for breakfasts and suppers after being away all day with other activities. Thank you very much for making it our new favorite place in the area!

We stayed for a weekend.. It was the most relaxing place.. The place was exactly has shown in picture. Tge cottage was besutiful..n very homey..it was exactly what we needed. Trevor did check in to make sure we were ok.. We would definetely go back

Wonderful Fall Getaway

Location, location, location!! A wonderful spot to recharge and enjoy the St Lawrence River, and/or take advantage of the many local leisure activities and excellent dining options. The cottage is very clean, nicely appointed, with comfy beds and indoor seating. The screened porch and two-level deck offer lots of options for seating and enjoying the river views; the propane fire pit is a bonus. Hosts Trevor & Tessa live nearby and are very pleasant to deal with. They check to ensure you have everything you need, but are not intrusive. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay

Right on the Saint Lawrence River with a huge deck connected to a wharf. Very relaxing to sit and watch the large ships transiting the Seaway. Super clean and the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped for a rental as well. I don't think the listing mentioned that is has a clothes washer and dryer but it has them. We will probably be back as we have friends and family in the area.

Relaxation

We enjoyed or stay. House was very clean, with is the most important part to us. Owner was very nice and friendly. Perfect place to just relax and enjoy. This was our 28th anniversary. Also the owner runs the restaurant a few houses down. Food was awesome!!!

This property has an amazing location if you’rea looking for a comfortable getaway on the river in Cornwall Ontario. Pictures are accurate. It’s very clean and neat. The deck and view are outstanding and Trevor is a great host! Highly recommend it

Exactly what we needed.

We were looking for a getaway on the St Lawrence to see ships and have a relaxing week - this was perfect. Our host Trevor was attentive and there whenever we needed him. The property is exactly as presented in the listing. We loved the coziness, the personal touches and the cleanliness of the cottage. So many nice touches - quality linens, well stocked kitchen, even a coffee maker, coffee and a Bodum French press! I just can't say enough about how nicely the cottage was prepared for us, and we all appreciated how relaxing our time there was. Thank you!

The deck is everything!

Great views, massive deck, screened in porch, what’s not to love? My hubby had to log into work for a few hours each day and the wifi was excellent. Everything we needed was provided including coffee and tea. Definitely a place we’d recommend.
