Sam's Lake House stretches right along the shore of Lake Saint-François, offering breathtaking views of the crystal-clear waters of a peaceful bay. Soon available, a guest house is harmoniously tucked among 54 mature trees, the true guardians of the property, rooted for over 40 years.
The generously sized 67,000 sq. ft. lot is covered in a soft lawn, perfect for barefoot walks. You will enjoy unparalleled privacy thanks to the layout of the land and the secluded bay, while being located in a prestigious and sought-after neighborhood.

Absolutely Incredible Stay!

This is an amazing and beautiful waterfront home that exceeded every expectation. Whether you’re craving adventure or total relaxation, this place has it all. For thrill-seekers, there’s kite surfing, wake boarding, bouldering, trap shooting, helicopter tours and more. For those looking to slow down, you can enjoy paddle boarding, yoga, dinner at a local micro farm, sunsets over the water, and family time around the built-in fire pit. The host has connections to highly rated local restaurants and is more than happy to help with booking dinner reservations. The property is landscaped with beautiful trees and plants, and the expansive backyard leads out to your private waterfront. The outdoor patio, family room, and kitchen have gorgeous views of the water, and the kitchen is equipped with gourmet appliances. We also loved the top of the line Nespresso machine, Vitamix, and soda stream. The property comes fully stocked with water sports gear, so you’ll have everything you need for a day on the water. In the evenings, you can watch a movie in the cinema room on a theater sized projector screen with Sonos surround sound acoustics. The sofa-bed provides extra space for guests. We have traveled extensively over the years, and this is, without question, the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. The host, Sam, was generous, welcoming, and attentive. He helped us plan a customized and unforgettable family vacation. We are already planning our return! Highly, highly recommend!!

Our stay at the lakehouse in St. Anicet was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with incredible warmth and generosity by our phenomenal hosts, Sam and Pia. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality elevated the entire experience.The house itself is a perfect blend of Ritz-Carlton-level luxury and the comforting feel of home. Every corner is meticulously designed, and it’s fully stocked with amenities and thoughtful essentials that made us feel pampered and completely at ease.We were greeted with a beautiful welcome gift—fresh organic eggs from a nearby farm, local organic honey, a chilled bottle of champagne, and delicious chocolates. It was such a lovely and personal touch that set the tone for an unforgettable stay.The property offers the ideal balance of privacy and connection to nature, with a private lakefront that feels like your own little piece of paradise. The sunsets and sunrises over the water were breathtaking—each one felt like a painting. The lakehouse also comes with paddle boards and floating devices, which added an extra layer of fun and relaxation to our days.We had the most amazing time and left feeling restored, grateful, and already dreaming about our return. Thank you, Sam and Pia, for sharing this special place with us. This truly is a hidden gem.

Some of the most magical moments here happen during sunset, with the water glowing under a painted sky. Whether you’re enjoying it from the dock, around the fire, or out on the paddle boards, it’s something that truly stays with you.

The property is set up to help you unwind and make the most of your stay — from paddle boards and a Seadoo Wake Pro, to a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy movie corner, and RV hookups. Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or reconnect, my goal is to make sure you feel welcome, cared for, and right at home.

I chose this area because it offers the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and natural beauty. Tucked away on the shores of Lake Saint-François, the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and surrounded by water, forest, and open skies — exactly what I was looking for in a true escape from city life.

I actually grew up along this very lakeshore, and it’s always held a special place in my heart. But after traveling the world and experiencing countless places — from remote islands to vibrant cities — I’ve come to appreciate what truly makes a place feel right. This spot checks off so many of the boxes I’ve gathered over the years: tranquility, access to water, open views, natural beauty, and a sense of privacy without being isolated.

It’s the kind of place where you can paddle in the morning, read on the dock in the afternoon, and sit by the fire at night without hearing a single car go by. Yet it’s still close enough to reach local shops, restaurants, and essentials — so you have everything you need without sacrificing the feeling of being “away.”

It’s peaceful, grounding, and one of those rare places that genuinely feels like home — no matter where in the world you’ve been.
