Amazing property and exactly as listed! The host was very responsive, and there were so many great amenities to keep both the kids and adults entertained, inside and out. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this property was exceptional. Both the inside and the outside of the property is gorgeous and truly even better than the photos. The lakeside view is perfect. We appreciated the attention to detail because everything came with clear instructions. It had everything we needed and more. Its so spacious and perfect for big families. Everything was so clean and organized, making our stay so comfortable. There was a variety of indoor and outdoor activities perfect for all ages . Kathy was very commicative and a fantastic host. I would definitely recommend Buckhorn Blue .

The cottage was beautiful and the amenities were excellent except for the beach area which was quite weedy. Swimming wasn't an option which was disappointing. We made a lot of use of the kayaks and paddle boards. My 5 grandchildren made a lot of use of these. The hotbub and sauna were a nice addition as well. The sauna in particular was beautiful. The arcade area was well-equipped and well used. My grandsons caught many small bass and perch right off the end of the dock.The shore area provided some amazing morning and evening panoramic views. The cottage was fairly well situated with a 10 minute drive to the town of Buckhorn, and Buckhorn had all the amenities cottage dwellers needed.All in all we had a wonderful stay and Kathy was an excellent host who responded quickly to any questions we had.

This is a beautiful property!! There are so many games available to play and lots of water activities. It's very clean and spacious and the hosts are extremely friendly and quick to respond! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home. Very comfortable and there is no lack of entertainment. Everyone of all ages enjoyed our weekend away. It was amazing how well thought out the layout and amenities of the cottage were. We will 1000% be rebooking and staying with our family and friends again!!!

Amazing buckhorn stay

We had an amazing New Year’s weekend at Kathy’s beautiful home in buckhorn. Its the perfect place to spend with a group of friends and family. We were 13 people and had all we needed for a memorable stay - from karaoke, hot tub, games to a well-stocked kitchen and relaxing living area. The location was perfect. We’ll definitely go back again.

We had a fantastic time at Buckhorn blue! Kathy was a wonderful host who kept in touch with us during our trip answering all of our questions in a timely manner. Buckhorn blue is a beautiful property and Kathy’s attention to detail’s carries throughout. We will not hesitate to book again!

This is a beautiful, comfortable property. The hosts are friendly and quick to respond. So many games available to play for the whole family. Very well appointed...bedrooms, kitchen, washrooms, very clean with everything you could possibly need! You won't be disappointed!

Stunning Cottage - Highly Recommend

The cottage is beautiful (with great attention to detail) and has lots of games, activities, etc. to do on the property. We had 11 adults and it was very spacious. The kitchen comes with essential items which was useful and all instructions were easy to understand. The Hot Tub was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Amazing Stay!

Such a large place with so many rooms. Loved the activities downstairs. Even with the fire ban we still had so much to do. Photos don’t even do this place justice. Also very close to a golf course which was perfect for us. Kathy was very quick to respond and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Weekend!

Our group of 12 friends had the best weekend at Buckhorn Blue! The cottage was even better than it looked in pictures and fit all of us very comfortably. Kathy and John were always quick to respond when we reached out and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. We cannot wait to return!

Luxury on the Lake!

Our group of 10 just loved our stay. Buckhorn Blue has everything you could ever ask for including the A+ service from Kathy & John. The beautiful location and the numerous inside and outside games kept our group of 8 (16 to 19yr olds) constantly active. My wife and I truly enjoyed every minute of this luxurious lake house. Thank you so much Kathy for your hospitality. Buckhorn Blue is a gem in The Kawarthas.
