It is the largest apartment within this complex that offers a comfortable and privately positioned 3 bedroom apartment that sleeps 7, Including two living areas, private garden courtyard and access to the pool. Two of the bedrooms and family room are fitted with Smart TV's.

We are located right at Little Beach, nestled between Nelson Bay Marina and shopping precinct and Shoal Bay - all within walking distance. The gorgeous beaches of the bay are right on your doorstep when you stay at Marty's.
Little Beach has got to be one of the best family-friendly destinations in Australia. Part of Nelson Bay, Little Beach is tucked away between Nelson Bay Beach and Shoal Bay Beach and is just a few minute's drive from either Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay and is perfect for a short break or long relaxing holiday.
Little Beach is a calm water swimming beach with plenty of sand for sandcastle building. There are grassy areas with BBQ's for picnics, a playground for the kids, a boat ramp to launch the boat, a jetty for fishing and protected areas of a marine park for snorkelling and scuba diving.
Little Beach is only a 5 minute drive from the centre of Nelson Bays best attractions, activities, cafes, restaurants, clubs, beaches, shops and supermarkets. Yet you will be far enough away to escape the crowds and relax.
Pets are NOT welcome at this property.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.
Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.
A $300 Security Deposit (pre authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or visa.
You can check in anytime between the hours of 3pm and 5pm on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.
