The Bedroom has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds, while the living room is equipped with a queen sofa sleeper plus a day bed in the enclosed balcony. Amenities in this condominium include a Gas burning Fireplace, two smart TVs, Free WiFi and a Full Size Kitchen. This condo is just a short 2 minute walk to the American Eagle lift and has perfect views of Copper Mountain. Host communication was great. Location, location, location- so easy to access restaurants and the slopes. Unit was outdated but very clean!Negatives - unit was extremely hot, even once we turned the thermostat all the way down. Mattresses need to be replaced - acceptable, but just barely. Top bunk bed mattress was like a rock, unusable.

Great place and location!

Place worked great for us. Easy walk to lifts and anything in center village. Top bunk bed mattress isn’t comfortable for an adult - but fine for small kids.

Amazing location

Right in the middle of everything and walking distance to the slopes. It's not a fancy place, but it's fine. Perfectly comfortable. My only complaint is that the check-in time is too late, and the check out time is too early, but that is more on the management company than the condo itself.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was a spacious 1 bed/1 bath, except for the bathroom (very tiny). Everything inside was old, worn, and dated. The couches were very old, one was viciously ripped up. The cupboards did not close all the way. The place smelled of dog and caused 2 of us to have major allergy issues, since we are allergic. The place came with an abundance of cleaning products so we tried numerous times to clean and sanitize the place. The location was great and not too noisy. The place would have been great if it was updated and not smell like dog. The dishwasher top shelf was broken, unable to roll out. We had to load dishes sideways and slide them in. The fridge had a leak. There was Tupperware that told us not to remove it unless to empty the water/ice from it. I like that the building had underground parking and secure access. The hot top and sauna were AMAZING and so spacious and relaxing.

best location!

My family had the best time staying here. The location is perfect. Just a quick walk to center village and the lifts that my kids didn’t even complain! It’s right next to the candy shop so that was a huge hit with my family! Restaurants are right there so never used our car the entire stay! We found it clean and had everything we needed!

Ski vacation

Property was nice. The TV’s were very difficult for us to operate. We would appreciate instructions on how to operate the TV’s. Monday evening, the college football national championship was on and we were unable to watch it in the condo. The TV said “weak signal” for ESPN. Very disappointing.

First and foremost, we would book this unit again. The location is perfect—central village with a bus stop to the ski school in the west village, steps from the building. Any parent with experience in getting multiple children, equipment, and to ski school will appreciate the short walking distance. The bed layout also works very well for a family of 5, and all beds are comfortable. The sofa bed has a unique design that is quite a bit more comfortable than traditional versions.I do, however, need to point out that this unit is worn down and needs some serious refurbishment. If these are the type of things that would bother you, move on unless it is noted that there has been some effort to return rental funds back into this property:. - The window in the bedroom is flipped and can't shut 100%. Fine for us as I find these buildings a bit too warm in general, and enjoy a bit of fresh air, but air/noise will come in. - The top rack of the dishwasher is broken- Most of the cabinets are broken/on their last leg- The wooden blinds in the sunroom are warped badly, don't work correctly, and are on their last leg- The leather sofa is toast. Cracks all over the seats make it uncomfortable to sit on. - The light in the fridge doesn't work- Pans have seen years of abuse, but are workable- Blanket has a burnt end Lastly, nowhere on VRBO that I am aware of does it mention that Copper Vacation manages the unit. It says "property management company," but not the real name

Having direct access to nearby restaurants, shops and walking just 100 yards to the lift, can't be beat. That being said, this condo and the amenities are dated. They area in the process of getting the elevators replaced/fixed, so the left one never worked and the one on the right only worked sometimes. We frequently had to carry all our gear up and down the stairs. The condo unit itself needs updated. the furniture is dated and the bathroom is awkward and tiny. The room as a bunk bed and double bed. Not super comfortable for an adult couple with no kids. The couch is a pull-out sleeper, thus really hard and super uncomfortable to sit on. Otherwise, the condo was fine, and it was clean. It was easy to find the Copper Vacations office. We came after hours so our information was in their box outside. Easy to find. Easy to get to the condo and to park. The parking attendant app did not work for us. We tried to contact Copper Vacations, but it's impossible to get ahold of anyone between the hours of 5 pm and 9 am. So, I emailed them, but didn't hear back until the next morning. Check out was a breeze, they didn't require us to perform a long list of duties, like some other services do. Overall, we had a nice stay. Again, the location can't be beat.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The information we were provided prior to check-in was excellent, and check-in was easy. We used the kitchen a lot, and there was sufficient supplies for us. Be aware that the elevators might not work consistently, and on a busy day there might not be garage parking. Also, the "mattress" on the top bunk was a foam pad that was so thin we could feel the bunk slats beneath it. The management company offered an air mattress as a replacement. We understand they had limitations. For the price we were paying, we expected more from this rental.

Spring Break Ski Trip

We did not need to commute with the property manager but there is not an N/A option. My husband and older son went skiing for Spring Break. We typically all go every year but my younger son broke his foot so we stayed back. He said this would have been a little tight with all four of us and it was a little further than he thought to the lifts but was very happy with the cleanliness and it worked great for the 2 of them. He said if you were to use the outside room for sleeping- it might be a good idea to have an electric space heater as it was like 45 out there and it is listed as a potential sleeping option. Thanks a bunch, they had a wonderful time.

Reviewer Comments: Place was convenient to American Eagle and American Flyer lift, with all the restaurants and shopping a short walking distance. Condo was clean. Small bed in bedroom. Needs a king. Needs a bathroom remodel for sure. Careful in the shower, my wife and son were scalded by the hot water. The system must be hooked up to several nearby condos, as the temperature will jump fast without touching it. Overpriced as it sits. With an update, and fixing the hot water heaters...then it might be worth it.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 6 nights. The condo location is convenient to Central Village, two main ski lifts and nice places to eat. The condo building is old, the right side elevator seldom worked properly, the furniture and beds were comfortable, but nearly all the cabinet doors were hanging off-line and couldn't be closed properly. Maintenance and repairs has not been kept up, at least not on the Village Square 353 condo we stayed in. I think this condo was over-priced for its worn condition the amenities provided, compared to other similar condos and resorts where I've stayed. I've stayed in different condos at Copper Mt. many times, and this condo was our only disappointment. I would recommend staying at Copper Mountain to anyone, but would not recommend staying in the older building for the current prices charged.

Great condo awesome location no real complaints

His condo was great it was located within it 10 minute walk to American Eagle lift and to all the restaurants in Center Village only problem I had was when I arrived I was trying to watch my Kansas City Chiefs play(and win of course) I had a difficult time initially finding the game because the TV internet streaming services compared to regular cable so is a bit of a challenge to find the game but after a missed quarter I was able to locate the game other that I have no complaints so the grand scheme of it I would still get the place in A+
