Welcome to your comfy, ground-floor stay in Campbelltown - no internal stairs and just one step to enter! This self-contained, fully equipped unit is perfect for families and workers, offering a rare, spacious enclosed front yard for added peace and privacy. You’ll love the ultra-convenient location - just a 3-minute stroll to shops and the nearby bus stop with a direct route to the city. Includes 1 undercover parking space.

You'll have the entire home (apart from the locked cleaner's cupboard) to enjoy. If you need any assistance, I'm just a text, email or phone call away.

Campbelltown is a very family and worker friendly area. Very conveniently located between the city and the East Adelaide Hills. Lots of local playgrounds and walking/running/cycling trails nearby. Short drive to Morialta Falls where you can see Koalas in their natural habitat or Black Hill Conservation Park where there's wild kangaroos to see!

The Cherry Orchards are a short drive up Montacute Rd for pick your own cherries in Cherry season which is an activity everyone will love.

Drive about 25 minutes up the road to hand feed the animals at Gorge Wildlife Park.

The lovely Lochiel Park trail is nearby and connects all the way into the city.

All beds have premium 5 star quality pillow top mattresses (as rated by our previous guests staying in other homes with the same mattresses) to help you have a restful sleep. Hotel quality bed and bath linen is provided (designs will vary) and linen is commercially cleaned between each and every stay for your comfort and convenience.

This unit has been lovingly updated throughout. Modern kitchen with modern appliances. Everything you need for a home cooked meal. Large, stainless steel fridge with freezer compartment for easy food storage. Blender provided for smoothies and baby food prep.

Complimentary child friendly amenities including utensils and dinnerware, highchair, portacot, books and toys.
Lots of local cafes and restaurants with no-contact home delivery nearby. Shop for groceries in person or online (for delivery) at Coles and/or Woolworths or shop in person at IGA, Foodland or Aldi supermarkets all within about 5 min drive. The Romeo’s supermarket open until late most days, is located just around the corner, only about a 3min walk from this home.

Super convenient family friendly location, everywhere you want to go will be about 5-45min drive.

You can catch a bus just a short walk around the corner straight into the city. The bus stop is in a GoZone so you shouldn't have to wait very long for a bus. Look up the Adelaide Metro website for details and to plan your trip.

There's usually also an Uber or Taxi nearby so getting around is easy.

If you have a car pretty much everywhere is within a 5-45 minute drive. Super convenient!

Will definitely stay again

Highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying again on my next visit to Adelaide. Linda, the host, was fantastic to deal with and responded to any queries we had promptly and in a very friendly manner. The property was clean, very comfortable, exactly as it is depicted in the ad and in a brilliant location. Thank you for a really great stay.

Lovely family getaway

A great little unit with all the little things taken care of. Travelling with a young family we appreciated the books, toys, high chair, portacot, laundry and all the kids friendly kitchen items. Close to shops and restaurants and park too. Very easy place to holiday and we all felt right at home.

Family of four could do a lot worse than this. Easy access to the city with a car. Plenty of food options close by. And the property was clean. Linda was great with her communication and instructions.

Exactly as expected

The place isn’t flashy and feels more like a motel than a house but it was perfectly comfortable and a good place to use as a base while staying in Adelaide. We only slept there, spending the day time elsewhere. It was clean and had all the bare necessities. My only complaints were the use of sheets instead of proper doona covers (I understand it’s probably easier for cleaners but it’s a much worse experience to sleep in) and no fly screens on the windows so after a hot day we had to use air con rather than let the nice cool air in because of mosquitoes (and the aircon would randomly turn off after a time - but that might be a setting issue). The location isn’t anything amazing but it was near where we needed to be so worked well for us. The house was what we expected from reading the description and reviews and we would stay again.

We put a lot of thought and care into setting up each home to make it as comfortable as possible, with little touches to make travelling with a family and being away from your usual home as easy as possible. All our homes are fully equipped and self-contained with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is one of our newest release homes and it's designed to fill a gap between our smaller 2 bedroom units that don't have a private outdoor space and our much larger 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom homes. Because sometimes you just need some outdoor space to get some fresh air and sunshine. Whatever your needs, hopefully we have a home to suit. Get in contact today!
