Urban Beach Sanctuary in the Heart of Cowes
Everyone will enjoy an easy stroll to all of central Cowes delights - the jetty and beach, hotels, retail and the many restaurants and cafes, are only minutes from this centrally located home.
Downstairs you will find the master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite which can also be accessed from the living room. The spacious open plan living and dining has enough seating for everyone and the well equipped kitchen with electric cooking appliances, includes a dishwasher which makes clean up a breeze! Off the living area is a private courtyard with a newly built deck area, perfect to relax on during those beautiful sunny days.
Upstairs you will find the second living room as well as another two bedrooms, one consisting of a queen size bed with the other bedroom having a double bed and one set of single bunks. The main bathroom with a shower and a bath is also upstairs along with a separate toilet. There is also a small outdoor balcony which is the perfect spot to get some private time away from the others.
Both levels have reversed cycle air-conditioning/heating, flat screen TVâs and ample storage. There are also games, dvds and reading material to keep everyone entertained.
This is a beautifully furnished property for families and couples.
The double garage is available for guest use and also houses the laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property*
Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the Victorian Government has implemented a levy on short-stay accommodations. Starting January 1st, 2025, bookings of less than 28 days will incur the "short stay levy" in addition to the accommodation cost. For further details, please visit the SRO website.
