Brockway Springs Lodge is a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom rental offering the perfect family getaway to Kings Beach. Located on the northern shore of Lake Tahoe, guests will find themselves in a great area for year round activities.

The Space:

Crystal Bay and Moon Dunes Beach are both less than 1.5 miles away. During the winter, skiers and snowboarders will love being only 7.5 miles away from Diamond Peak Ski Resort and 8.5 miles away from Northstar Ski Resort. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping are all just minutes away into town. This Kings Beach vacation home features a cozy interior, lakefront view, and HOA access to the lakefront swimming pool and tennis courts. Please note these amenities are controlled and maintained by the HOA, not Grand Welcome.



Entering inside the home, an open floor plan welcomes you inside. The elegant living room is furnished with comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV (with streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu). WIFI is also provided for your convenience.



Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island. Smaller kitchen appliances provided include a blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and wineware. Gather at the dining table with seating for 6 to eat a home cooked meal with your loved ones. Alternatively dine alfresco on the lakefront balcony. The balcony is clad with a gas BBQ - perfect for grilling up a juicy steak, and a patio table set for 4. Sip on a glass of your favorite vino while watching a breathtaking sunset over the lake.

Note: Kayaks and paddleboards on-site are not accessible for guest use. However, there is a boat rental shop just down the road for rental needs!



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.

Cabin

Overall the place is nice and in a good neighborhood, we stayed before in lake Tahoe and aways used a cabin to stay and some of the cabis have kayaks for the gest to use and gas grill if fire is not permitted, we think that this cabin is in the perfect spot but need some of those stuff for the kids like the kayaks will will be back to lake Tahoe but probably choose a diferent cabin

Great stay- awesome location!

Our family of five had a great stay at this rental… beautiful house, clean and amazing location! Lake Tahoe is just a few feet away from the back deck! The community the house is located in is clean and safe and it’s walking distance from King’s Beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. We had to call the property’s helpline a couple times and they answered promptly and helped us right away. Only complaint would be we wished they had more extra towels, paper towels, etc on hand but that was a minor issue and we had a great stay. Definitely would recommend!

This condo has been upgraded beautifully and has a great location with a terrific deck overlooking Lake Tahoe. We would stay here again.

Awesome view

This was a mother's day getaway with family. The view was amazing the charm of the condo was great. It was a great place to enjoy the view and relax.

Beautiful view of the lake

This is a great property with a beautiful view of the lake. We were able to relax and enjoy our few days of a fall vacation here. Great space and layout of the home. Grand Welcome, who manages the rental, were easy to reach and responsive when I had a question and were great to work with. We plan to come back.

Right on the lake

The property is in a great location. You can walk right from the back deck to the water. Great views. Comfortable. Bathrooms are updated. Has a great community pool that over looks the lake. Great place to go with family or friends.

We love Brockway

Great property for a group. We loved sitting on the deck looking directly at the lake. Brockway has everything you need for a fun family stay in Tahoe. This unit had everything we needed for cooking family meals and relaxing.

Winter Paradise

The condo was very spacious with enough comfortable seating, sleeping, bathing and eating for everyone. The view of the lake and access to the town exceeded my expectations too. A definite comeback to visit kind of place.. thanks for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise.

Lake Tahoe in all its glory

We enjoyed everything about this home! The house is very well cared for and nicely appointed. It's a short walk into town or to the sandy beach (a beautiful rocky beach is just steps from the porch). The views from the porch and balcony are simply amazing!

Many views of Lake Tahoe

Great condo, well appointed and with the most amazing location. Right on the lake and just as advertised. Very comfortable. The views from the deck and balcony are fabulous and great spots to watch the lake in all different weather and light.

We never received the check in instructions, if there are any. We had to call and ask for the unit number and also internet information. We also found a razor blade in the couch cushions which cut my guest.

Home away from home

Very relaxing and cozy. The sound of the water is so soothing and refreshing. 1 of the best places we have stayed so far and we’ve been all over. Felt like home was hard to leave look forward to coming back. Was hard to find at night a map could be helpful and the water pressure cutting off and on is tricky but that’s about it.

Our family had a nice stay at Brockway Springs there were a few things that were a major disappointment. The property just didn’t seem clean. The carpet in the living room was filthy. My granddaughter was crawling around and her feet and legs were dirty. There were cobb webs and mold in some of the showers. The outside area didn’t even seem like it was cleaned. Furniture in the living room looked quite worn. I was also frustrated that no beach towels were provided being near the pool and lake. Having to reuse your bath towel or wash right away in order to have a clean towel was time consuming snd a bit of a pain on vacation. The property and location was beautiful. If it has a good cleaning the rating would’ve been higher.

Great property; needs dome maintenance

Beautiful view. Lovely home. Maintenance needed: dishwasher wont lock & cant be run, faucet broken in kitchen, steamer spout missing in nespresso machine, ice maker doesn't work, all shampoo/soap dispensers empty in showers, 1 ceiling fan inoperable, need more towels for 6 people.

poor check-in instructions, razor blade in couch!

The check-in instructions were very hard to obtain. We had to go through a verification process, twice, and then still had to call and wait for the instructions to enter. The instructions did not have the unit number, so I had to call and get that. There were no check in instructions, no information on the internet - had to call and get. Then a razor blade cut my guest when she sat on the couch! We found a razor blade in the couch cushions.

Needs an Update

While the view and location can't be beat the house itself left a lot to be desired, especially for the price. The walls were dingy, bedrooms sparce with little storage and only 1 towel per person. The dining room table only has 6 chairs and cars parking in the parking lot at night shine their headlights directly in the bedrooms.

Great location

Three brothers stayed here for a ski trip. Beautiful location right on the lake. Getting the correct entry code was a bit of a challenge, but management company was helpful. The only issue was with the water auto-cutoff due to a toilet that ran a little. All water to the unit was disabled for about 30 hours, which was very problematic. Management company did come to repair, eventually.
