This spacious Studio Loft, 2 bathroom, condo is walking distance to Mammoth Creek, Town and has partial mountain views of the Sherwins. Quietly located near the meadow and creek, but still near the Vons shopping center where you can catch a movie, coffee, and shops. This home features 2 levels with vaulted ceilings, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, flatscreen TV with Roku and DVD player, and the most space you can find in a studio. The upstairs loft features a Queen bed, a set of bunk beds with two Twin beds, a vanity area and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The living room downstairs is equipped with a sleeper sofa and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The full kitchen and dining area for 4 allows you to prepare family meals and enjoy a cozy night in. The La Vista Blanc complex has an outdoor pool (Summer only), Jacuzzi and public gas grill for your use and is conveniently located on the shuttle route, and with hiking trails leading directly from the complex. Just 100 yards from the Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables or large grassy area or enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice that offers a host of activities and year-round recreation opportunities. There is also EV car chargers available for free use at the Rec Zone. This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people, is non-smoking, and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. This is an upstairs unit with approx. 18 steps to access across 3 separate stair cases. The unit has 2 levels inside and the bedroom is on the upper level. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. The ad said pet friendly but after we booked it they said it wasn't but they let us bring our dog. Liked the location - great for walking the dog, very pretty and lots of places to walk to. Close enough to restaurants and market. The place was comfortable and convenient for us. We had to call management for hot tub code because code on fridge was wrong.

This was a nice place that i found on vrbo at the last minute. I prefer better lighting and thats the only reason it didn't get a 5 star.

Nice Cozy Condo for Mammoth Visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Mammoth in the summer and this condo building is in the perfect location. It was super clean and pretty large for a studio. Only downsides were that the top bunk is really not safe for children (very easy to fall out) so my one daughter slept on the downstairs couch and during warm weather the upstairs gets very hot (I would suggest bringing extra fans). But overall, really great place!

Off the beaten path. but close to the Redline.

I thought it was a one-bedroom with a loft, but it's just a family room fold-out with a loft. My bad. The place slept the whole family, but my wife was in the loft and I was stuck on the fold-out. The place was cozy and great with a few of the pool. My son enjoyed making fires for the family. Good snow for riding the Mountain!

It advertised tv and internet and when you get there There is a letter how they do not work Zero internet or tv No cell phone connection Floors dirty Hot and no fans The property company asked why I did not call about things not working Well un able to call no cell services Floors filthy And I got sick and they refused to give any refund They asked you to clean condo and then charge you a huge cleaning deposit Really I am about done with vbro

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well no cable , and note saying Wi-Fi never works in the area , no cell service , floors dirty , have ti pay for cleaning but you are suppose to take out garbage do the dishes and clean the house because it was filthy so you have to pay hundreds of dollars for them to clean the sheets

Condo in Mammoth

The property was in a great location. The place looked just like the pictures. It is a little outdated. I picked this spot because it allowed dogs and offered a pool and jacuzzi. There were some things that should have been inside the unit such as salt, pepper, dish soap, and pans. The unit had a full kitchen which was great but missing a few things. The unit came with access to an Athletic club that was fairly close which included an indoor pool. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nice condo in a convenient location. You can easily drive or take the shuttle to the mountain from here. The condo is well kept and clean. It was also easily accessible from the parking lot, which had plenty of spaces available. One person in our party found the main queen mattress, which was some kind of memory foam too hot for comfortable sleeping. This is obviously a personal preference.

Great stay!

My husband and I stayed here along with our Chihuahua mix to enjoy some hiking in the area. The place worked great for our needs! It was clean and very comfortable and we loved the location. Check-in required picking up keys from the property management office (after hours because of a long drive) and this was clearly communicated with detailed instructions; it was very easy and straightforward. Would highly recommend!

Cute retro condo - the beds are a little funky all up in the loft, but we loved the living space down below. Very cozy - the layout worked great for our group of friends.

My review

The place was great and very well stocked & organized. The property manager needs to make the hot tub operable. Jets and filter were broken, and the water looked like it had seen a heap of dirty dishes.
