Pelican Reef 703 Beachfront Penthouse with Ocean and Sunset Views

This beachfront penthouse located on the 7th and 8th floor offer breathtaking ocean views from all the living areas, bedrooms, and terraces. Enjoy amazing sunset views while using the grill on your own private terrace!



This luxurious unit has granite countertops in both kitchens and bathrooms, fine decor, and outstanding amenities. The first level has the living room with a queen sofa bed, full kitchen, one bedroom with king-size bed, one full bathroom, laundry, and balcony. You can get to the second level through the spiral staircase or through the elevator also. The master bedroom occupies the second level, providing lots of privacy and space. There is another full bathroom and a kitchenette upstairs. The best part of this unit is the terrace where you can enjoy your meals, use the BBQ, sunbathe, read a book, and of course, drink a cocktail with the best view! There is beach access on the side, communal swimming pool facilities, and gazebos.

First of all, let me say that our host, Jennifer, was awesome. She was very reliable, and took care of any problems immediately. The condo itself is beautiful and spacious, with 2 large balconies and amazing ocean views. There are also many extra amenities that we were not expecting like beach chairs, towels, coolers, etc So we were very happy with the condo itself. The only problem we had was to get the key you were given instructions that the key was in a drop box on a pole along the entrance. There were 2 poles with drop boxes and many were broken and unlabeled, so we had a little trouble finding ours. I did let Jennifer know and she said she would take care of it. The beach in front of the condo is very rocky, but there is a sidegate that leads to a small beach area that the water is swimmable. The water does start out calm in the am, but the current picks up in the afternoon. The only reason I gave 3 stars to the property nearby is because to the right of the hotel is a partially fallen down house and another collapsed building which is your view when you are out in the water. There also is not really a way to walk along the beach which we normally like to do. So if you are looking for a quiet more secluded beach, then this is for you. If your looking for one that is more active, with lots of nearby activities, then this probably is not the place. So all in all, we really enjoyed our stay, except the water is not the Caribbean blue that we were expecting

Excellent 5 night stay!

Beautiful property and condo (balcony wow) pool grounds exceptional and beautiful beach with palm trees. It exceeded our expectations. The condo had luxury towels and bed linens. The king size beds were very comfortable. AC worked excellent in the bedrooms. I wish we had 2 sets of keys for convenience but that’s my only suggestion. Very safe. Highly recommend. Got to snorkel 40 yards right off the beach. We had an amazing family vacation here at this special condo.

We have been to Puerto Rico 12 times and this is the best condo we have stayed in! We were there for two weeks with no issues. Great views, amazing balconies, great beds and high quality furniture. Tastefully decorated, fully-stocked. Security is great, easy to get in and out, great location, sunbathing choices on beach, at pool, or your private balcony. The two levels make it ideal for two couples also. We will not stay anywhere else.

Paradise in Rincon

We had 2 couples. Condo was wonderful, spacious, clean and amazing outdoor spaces. Pools and private beach to spend a day at. Close to many restaurants and beaches.

Pelican Reef Stay

We had a great time in Rincon and enjoyed the penthouse! Location was a quick drive to downtown with amazing ocean views and 2 patios to enjoy! It was hot out, but the A/C worked great, the furniture and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

First Visit to Puerto Rico

This was our first visit to the island. We fell in love with the condo on vrbo and booked. When we got to the location we were so excited! My husband ran around saying omg omg lol. The view was amazing, the space in the condo was perfect. It was very well appointed for everything we needed. The city of Rincon was great! The grocery store was close, the restaurants were great! Breakfast at Ricomini Bakery was so good! The green smoothie place right up the street has great food my salad was so good! We enjoyed the view from our balcony everyday, the sunsets were beautiful. We definitely will be back to PR and would LOVE to stay at this property again! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay. Loved every minute. I was looking for a low key beach vacation.. this was it. My sister is up early so the to separate areas was great. She was able to have coffee and enjoy ocean on her balcony. Well I layed in bed dozing on the other floor enjoying my view. Closet does have some beach chairs and floats to use. Loved our stay.

Great Stay

Spacious property great for our family’s first visit to the Rincón area. Property manager was responsive with any questions or issues. Nice pool area with access to a small, calm beach where you can snorkel. Amazing sunset and ocean views. Access to the unit’s entrance was a bit tricky to figure out but did so by trial and error. Overall good value for a cool location when traveling with family or group.

Relaxing Rincon Vacation Spot

Fantastic place for two couples to stay! Both upstairs and downstairs have full amenities in which couples can maintain their privacy if they like although does have a grand balcony upstairs that is nice for sitting together, eating dinner, and looking at the views. Loved having the pool and the beach within one to two minute walk of our room! Location was also very close in proximity to the grocery store and downtown Rincon, but better yet to Steps Beach and also Domes Beach! Would highly recommend!

Great Area!!

Overall the penthouse was great. We felt it could use some upgrades in the kitchen. Very slow coffee pot! The upstairs bedroom was amazing. Loved the patio!!

Ricon visit

I brought my wife to experience the west coast of PR. Our condo was in the perfect location and offered fantastic views. We loved the condo layout , pool and beach in front. I loved hearing the rooster in the morning and Coqui at night so it made a perfect home base for us to come back to after our travels. Great trip and highly recommend the condo. Jennifer was responsive to our questions which made the experience pleasure.

Relaxing get away in Rincon

Pelican Reef was a quiet and beautiful place to spend a few days in Rincon. The view is unmatched! Grilling and eating meals overlooking a 180-degree view of the ocean was spectacular. We loved going to sleep with the sounds of the waves and even saw shooting stars. The bedrooms were huge and the beds were very comfortable. You do need to get in the car to get to most places, but everything is just a short drive away. However, if you're into pickleball, there were community courts you can walk to just down the street! Our host responded to us right away and the check-in process was so easy. Parking was also safe and right next to the building.

Can’t beat the location

We stayed for 5 nights in this condo and had a wonderful vacation. The area lost power for one day, but the buildings generator kept the elevators running and lights on in the public areas. Fortunately, there are plenty of great restaurants in the area so we just went out for a while. It came back on 6 hours later. The covered parking space provided is very tight so we made use of the double spot on the upper level instead. We had a great time exploring the area. We had a couple great meals at the Beach House near Domes beach. Enjoyed some empanadillas with a view at Kaplash and had a decent meal at the Hub. Location is conveniently located close to a grocery store for those who prefer to eat in. We had breakfast on the terrace each morning. There is no oven in the condo but there are two toaster ovens which sufficed. Laundry is right inside the unit and all the towels and bedding were in excellent condition. The pool was great for the kids. Always very quiet there and the beach is located just outside the gate. Surf was fine and my 10 year old had no problem swimming in the water with his father’s company. We drove down to Cabo Rojo one day to visit the light house and cliffs and it was very beautiful. Also, drove up to Isabela to visit Pozo Teodoro. Both were worth the drive. Overall, great stay. It was very hard to leave!

Best sunset off your own Penthouse

I have been coming to Puerto Rico for the past 6 years & like to stay in all different areas. This Penthouse is by far the most beautiful, clean, convenient & quiet one I have stayed in. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

Great stay in Rincon

Beautiful location, close to several restaurants and shopping. Nice pools and beach area. Great layout of condo. Everything worked as expected. Questions were answered in a timely manner. Would suggest staying at this location. Also would definitely consider staying again if we get a chance to go to PR again!
