Please note that the accommodation is for a maximum of 7 adults and 1 infant only. The house is carpet free for added hygiene.
There are 3 bedrooms and a large backyard perfect for the kids to play, or for your little fur babies to run around.
Whether it’s fishing, surfing, golf, bushwalking or just relaxing ‘Seabreeze on James’ is close to it all.
Located a short drive to Forster Main Beach, Wallis Lake and 1km from One Mile Beach for swimming and The Tanks.
Forster's 3 main clubs-Club Forster, Forster Golf Club and Forster Bowling Club are a 2 minute drive away. Breakfast at Plunge Cafe (great cofee and meals) and have a sweet treat at Let's Get Baked Forster (cake shop), in walking distance at the Fairways shops.
Stockland Mall Shopping Centre is only a 5 minute drive for all the essentials.

LINEN
Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience.
Please note that you will need to bring beach towels as these are not included.

3 BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1
A spacious master bedroom with king size bed, linen and 43 inch TV. There is a children's fold out single bed, suitable for a child up to 25kgs, which is stored in the wardrobe. The room has a ceiling fan and wardrobe. (Includes heater and blankets for winter)

Bedroom 2
Furnished with a single bed and double bed, linen, wardrobe and ceiling fan. (Includes heater and blankets for winter)

Bedroom 3
Furnished with queen size bed, linen, wardrobe and ceiling fan. (Includes heater and blankets for winter)

BATHROOM
The bathroom style is for those who don't mind the original 1980's style. The bathroom contains both a bath tub and shower and separate toilet.

There is a 2nd toilet next to the laundry at the rear of the house.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with a few extras-air fryer, rice cooker and espresso machine.

BACK LOUNGE AREA
Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a dining area with a sofa and an additional 43 inch TV. The sofa folds out to a bed and is suitable for a child up to 30kgs and has a thin foam mattress.

LOUNGE ROOM
‘Seabreeze on James’, offers a large living area with a 65 inch TV, air con, books, games and children's toys.

LAUNDRY
Laundry includes a washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying racks.

PATIO
A patio out the back is perfect for alfresco dining and is equipped with a gas hooded barbecue and 6 seater dining table.

GARAGE
The clothes dryer is located in the garage along with an additional fridge for bait storage. The garage is a single car garage with manual roller door.

GUEST ACCESS
Single lock up garage plus driveway parking. There is also adequate street parking as the home is located in a quiet residential area.fishing
