Set on a private half acre at One Mile Beach, this beautiful Hampton’s themed beach home is ideally positioned in the centre of everything; an easy 7-minute walk from One Mile Beach or 15-minute walk from other local beaches (Boat Harbour or Kingsleys), a 5-minute drive to the famous sand dunes of Birubi Beach or Anna Bay shops, or 10 minutes into Nelson Bay itself.

Set on one level, the huge, open and airy living space, air-conditioned throughout for your comfort and complemented by soaring ceilings and swathed in natural light from the abundant windows, acts as a perfect base for bringing a large family or group of families together. The huge Living/Dining area features a large modular leather recliner, 3m dining table and a 75" Smart TV.
While summer rules at One Mile, the indoor fireplace transforms Seabreeze into an idyllic winter retreat!
The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living space and offers generous pantry space and the main refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso pod machine.
Guests will find a laundry through a doorway from the Living area which contains the 2nd refrigerator along with washing & drying machines.
With 6 huge bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there is space to easily accommodate a group of up to 12. The first 4 bedrooms feature queen beds, while the 5th contains 3 singles. The 6th bedroom/second living area features a double bed and beanbags and is a perfect retreat for the kids who are well catered for by the inclusion of a 43” Smart TV. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and each pair of bedrooms is conveniently serviced by its own jack-and-jill bathroom.

The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with a crystal clear 8x4m swimming pool surrounded by a large deck allowing ample space to relax and unwind. There is also an umbrella for shade and a sizable outdoor setting to accommodate your group.

The large fenced, grassed area that is the front yard is a perfect place for the kids to run around while they’re not enjoying the pool, while for a true sense of serenity, the backyard is the perfect spot to retreat with a book and to wind down in the shade of the numerous fruit trees.

For added peace of mind, property access is protected by external security cameras.

Guests will have the entire property to themselves.
Parking is available on site. Guests to park on the concreted driveway.

Seabreeze is suitable for family groups or groups over the age of 25 only.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS or after hours NOISE- Seabreeze is set in a very quiet residential area which is noise-sensitive. We love our neighbours and so any noise after dark that causes our neighbours to complain will result in the loss of bond and/or immediate discontinuation of lease.
