Consistently ranked in the top beaches in America, Siesta Key enjoys a year-round appeal with everything a tourist might want close at hand…shopping, dining, beaches and fun! Consistently ranked The #1 Beach in America, Siesta Key achieves its lofty position in the beach rankings among some fierce competition. While no beach can ever be considered a bad beach…(I mean it's a beach right?) This 8-mile barrier island delivers on every level imaginable! Public beach access points are frequent including the large Siesta Key Park, with dining, restroom facilities, lifeguards and lots of parking. “This is as world-class as it gets!” says Pinkie, who can often be spotted soaking up the sun on a sunny afternoon. A total beach snob of sorts, Pinkie is quick to highlight the exceptionally fine snow-white crunchy sand and wide walkable beaches. With a shallow shelf that extends far out in the Gulf, the turquoise sparkling water is almost always the right temperature for a dip. A free trolley carries patrons up and down the island…often with the ultimate destination of Siesta Key Village. The heart and soul of the island, “The Village” is the hub of activity with beach bars, restaurants and touristy shops.

Great peaceful fun location, lots to walk to and the village is an easy drive or trolley ride. The walk to the beach access is very quick! Overall a fun week!!
Pinkie’s place couldn’t be nicer. A perfect vaca in a perfect location. A short Walk to beach, shops and restaurants. We’ve booked again for 2027
Our stay at the Anchorage was perfect. Pinkie made everything easy for us especially the check-in and the information provided about the condo. Our condo was just as advertised; we loved the unit and all the amenities. We would definitely book again with Pinkie and stay at the Anchorage.
We received very minimal check in instructions, other than the code to get into the doors. No wifi information provided, no rules/regs for the property, no grill location, we were on our own to figure out everything.Only half the toaster worked, all the kitchen knives absolutely sucked, i have to go to target to buy a regular straight edge knife.Very very minimal kitchen/cooking supplies. When I asked where the beach access they told me the public beach access, even though the property ( the anchorage) has private beach access with the door code being the same one provided. So not sure why they didnt share that information with us. We left our charger in the room and asked them to look for it , and they just replied "they didnt find anything sorry". I asked again to check in a specific location and they just stopped answering my texts.Wish our experience was a little more informative but it is what it is. will just book directly through "the anchorage".
Property was very spacious, there were 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and 3 balconies with beautiful view in it. There were all essentials we can wish. Location is very good too. A short walk to the private beach access. I hope we'll come back again. Thank you!
