Luxurious and Cheerful House in Monopoly Subdivision

Luxurious and stylish space that exhibits quirky Monopoly decor for that playful and nostalgic feel that the game of Monopoly makes us feel. Located in what has become known as the Monopoly subdivision where the majority of the streets are named after the spaces in the game of Monopoly. Whether you are travelling for business or pleasure, visit us and experience the Monopoly subdivision of Amherstburg and all that Historic Downtown Amherstburg has to offer. You will have access to the entire main floor unit to yourself (basement is not included as it is rented separately on a short term basis). This means that both the main unit and the basement unit can be rented at the same time to separate guests. Each unit is self-contained so the main unit does not have access to the basement unit and the basement unit does not have access to the main unit. Driveway is located at the side of the house. The left side of the driveway is designated for use by the main floor guests. The right side of the driveway is designated for use by the basement guests. Please note: there are stairs to climb and there is a potential for noise transfer between the two units. An entry code will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival. Heating and cooling is separately contolled by each unit.

There are exterior security cameras, one located on the front porch and the second one is located above the back deck.

Two bath towels and 2 hand towels are provided in each bedroom.

We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap in the bathroom, laundry detergent and garbage bags.

We also provide complimentary wifi for the guests to enjoy during their stay.

Please note: We do not provide shampoo, body wash and any personal consumables such as food, cooking oil, salt, and pepper, etc...
